We actually ran a Vintage Base Ball team for several years that re-enacted original game from like the 1860's. What a great location. We didn't know it a was an actual place we could visit! -Michelle
Yup, hopefully they didn't let it sit too long and throw it away. Knowing that you did the whole vintage baseball thing you definitely have to find a way to visit the Field Of Dreams. It was such a fun trip!

I grew up following the O’s. When I was a kid, Frank Robinson moved into our neighborhood and I was thrilled to carry his groceries in for him.
I stopped at the truckstop last year and the parking lot was so crowded. I couldn’t find a place to park. So I didn’t actually get to go inside. A month or so later I got to see my first Buc-ees though.
What a cool story! Love it!! We actually like it better than Buc-ees believe it or not. Safe travels Sally!

Baseball isn't my thing. I grew up in the Virginia Washington DC suburbs. I am a lifelong Redskins fan. 🎉 I definitely loved the Truck Stop though. I bet that was so cool. 🙂🙂🙂

Been there. It is definitely in the middle of nowhere. Went there from the winnebago grand national rally. The house was worth the money and told the story of making the movie.

In our opinion it's worth the trip. I'm still working on a hat for him but thinking I'm getting close. 😊
We're planning to head up to AK in July and will stay later into September to catch the northern lights. Maybe we'll meet up. Black F-350 with a utility bed pulling a Raptor 5th wheel. We've been to AK many times but this is our first trip in the rv and being retired! Be safe and enjoy all that Alaska has to offer.

Field of Dreams has always been on my bucket list. Glad you got to go. I bet the best time to go would be in the early fall when the corn is high. And you are right, it should be a Harvest Host. We also loved the I -80 Truck Stop. We checked that out on our Yellowstone trip 5 years ago. Btw.... You will love Banff, but just so you know... Your wallet will know its been there! JS. Till AZ....

Been there many many times, parked over night taking my 10 hour break. Use to fuel there and eat there. Hopefully you went into the free museum. Across the street Gramma's restaurant is good food too.
We missed out on the free museum and Gramma's restaurant. Now we have more reasons to stop there again. 😊

Cracker Barrels are the Best... Chet Atkins was part owner at one time..the guitar 🎸 player... sadly alot will be closing... their only off Interstates.... And next time ya'll go... get the candy GOO GOO Candy... GOO stands for Grand Ole Opry and process go to the Opry... And they have three people that go around to buy the things on the Walls and their all for sale 🙄...

Have you seen the new CDC guidelines for bringing dogs into the US effective 8/1? I don't know if you'll be back in the lower 48 by then but if not you may want to look into it.
