With the popularity of our sport mufflers, & Polaris's bump in HP for their turbo models we knew it was time to step up and provide a FULL 3" exhaust system, and that's what we have mastered! With a deep throaty sound in mind, we mated our 3" mid pipe with a inline muffler to our ever so popular 3" perforated core catless muffler. Our turbo flange is port matched for the absolute highest flowing exhaust on the market & included is our is a port matched turbo manifold gasket. Securing that manifold to the turbo is worry free as we include new grade 8 hardware! The mid pipe is built using a H.D. chain-link flex pipe. The mid pipe and muffler are mated using a stainless v-band clamp connection for a clean free flowing design. For the tip we did a sweeping fish tail and allowed for the use of the stock rear fascia or ditch it and let the world see this piece of art!

When I received exhaust from UTVsource, I was excited to unwrap the muffler/quiet core and get it installed. When I opened the box, I was upset to find that 1. The muffler outlet was not drilled for the quiet core and the quiet core was too large to instal without a hammer or sanding. 2. There are dings and dents around the muffler chrome. What gives, rpm?
The quiet core is optional. So the hole you wanted may not be wanted by the guy who doesn’t want the quiet core.
It fits, it’s a tight fit. Rubber mallet is best for use. If it was loose it would rattle like crazy.
You say dents and dings, but I don't see any emails with photos....what gives James?

Depends on underlying modifications and what model. The % of gain is drastically higher on a tuned machine with this muffler vs stock muffler etc.
