There is a way to bipass the Ki reduction against trunks and it's only if you start a combo against him while you're filling up your unique gauge. Very circumstantial but it does work.

he's good enough to kick uvb out of the meta, but uvb will probably age better and a powerful grn unit could do the same to him
@@genblinko7801 my thoughts exactly, I think you have to play extra careful with UVB now because I've seen some really reckless play styles with UVB as of late and it'll get him killed quickly
I don't play the game no more bc my phone sucks ass but from what I'm seeing, he's pretty well designed.

@@ledgicyt2929 personally I feel like this Goku has no place in this meta: UVB is on another level, GF is still arguably number 1 in the game... why would you bother running this Goku on the same team when rev Frieza is just better, since the team doesn't need more firepower at all?
Sure, this Goku does counter both UVB and GF at once, but why would you bother unless you missed out on the best units in the game?

Honestly ive been thinking of a new permanent mode for legends pvp, i call it legends brawl but the names still in the work shop, so basically the top 5 most used units in specifically legends brawl get banned after the pvp reset, so for season 1 it’s literally just regular pvp but for season 2 the 5 most used units are banned (maybe they can be used as bench but cant be used in battle) After the season ends again all the previously band units become unbanned and the top 5 units last season take their place. But i know what your thinking, wouldnt the same units just keep recycling? So in season 1 the top 5 units are banned then unbanned then banned again. But no, ive thought of a semi decent system for that instead, if you get banned again, right after being recently unbanned then you get banned for twice aslong, and it keeps stacking. Banned for 1 season then 2 then 4 and so on. The reason i thought of this is so that in pvp the exact same units arent being ran over and over. The meta for legends brawl is going to be sooooooo different from regular pvp that it basically feels like you are playing pvp a year ago because all the new overused units are being banned. Another thing that i would like to see is a unique team bonus system, if you have atleast 2 battle members on your team that hasnt been used by other players youd get extra rp for that match. So for the first match you get a x1.75 multiplayer on rp, then a 1.70 then 1.55 and so on till it stops at a minimum bonus rp multiplayer of 1.10. So not only is the most usef units being constantly banned and re added but youd also be rewarded for being unique. Each brawl match is almost garunteed to be different from the last

A lot of characters get rid of it by doing a green, main, timer counts, blue. It’s beyond useless at this point in the game where people can cancel attribute upgrades by doing nothing

He has all ginyu force that’s a guaranteed 30% use a green that’s either 40% or 45% so it’s been 50/50 goresh you don’t always have to do something to get it lol I got the revive and I literally just sat there and did absolutely nothing just to see how it worked and yes it was a ranked pvp match that I lost but only due to me wanting to see ginyu’s revive

Let’s hope not, namek goku doesn’t deserve to fall off he’s too iconic.(so is broly)
His kit is offensive? The defensive part is the 5% heal and ki reduction, but other than that he’s extremely offensive. What makes Broly bad is he dies before his gauge fills up and his gauge isn’t powerful enough. But this goku’s gauge is completely for offensive purposes and is really good.
@Drodz-gv5xf yeah but if you have someone that can offset the ki reductions then his defensive value goes down tremendously as he also has lower than average hp meaning after boost, he's going to be a glass cannon

His Kit is super good and very versatile but the damage output for the hype is not convincing. 😢
that's why he builds up and has unstoppable lengthy combos
@@genblinko7801It's the fact that he even does good damage. None of Goresh's showcases have a Zenkai buff for this Goku.
@@devika2545As a Contrast there is uvb. He also has super long combos. The issue with goku is that to end the combo to kill a character you need your ult which is not ideal always.

Ultra Vegito blue got countered and replaced plus mid ultra gogeta blue finally left top 10. Plus lf Goku and Frieza got countered and replaced. LF 4ku fell off bad and beast Gohan is not good and ultra rose fell off bad

It's in the sound effects. You'll hear a noise in The background when he's going to revive and if no sound no revive. Kind of like the Vegeta summon animation.

this Goku is not defensive
Apart from Hp recovery and Ki reduction, this goku is extremely offensive, he's the combination of USSB KK Goku and Beast Gohan
