Great to have two helpings of STJ, in one weekend. Hope you've enjoyed some of that curry you purchased. Always good to see someone enjoy their food and traveling. Many thanks 👵🏴🌹🌹
oh, what gorgeous scenery and what lovely food! I'm sorry you kept having bad travel luck, but at least you got to eat at almost all the places you went, and don't seem to have been disappointed.
I did a seven day, Kyushu car trip with my friends, it was a long drive for sure, we went to nearly all the places you went, even that cursed gorge! We even got in the row boats, in cold December weather too.
I enjoy the food adventures so much. The rice dish looked fabulous, and I am curious about trying chicken nanban and konjac. Thanks for another great video.
I loved the Gorge. can you go swimming in it? Lovely food, too lousy scheduling was bad, not your fault, but it would have been nicer to see more food, and you would been happier.
First ever time in history of flights delaying was a good news 😄 . And one more thing: those 3d models of dishes always fascinate me, we don't have anything like that where I live. So I'm curious what are they made of? Plastic of some kind, or colored paper? In the video they do look quite realistic, is it like that in real life? STJ, I hope your stomach is better. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
Poor STJ. I hope you have better luck next time you go to Oita. Also, maybe stretch it out and do Kyushu in 12 days next time? Like 5 days and 7 days or something? Give yourself more time to relax. The stress of so many rapid-fire connections can be hard on your digestion.
Unfortunately, in Japanese there's not really a distinction between "orange juice" and "orange drink" (as this would be called in the U.S.) unless you add a "fresh-squeezed" or some other modifier to it. (And in Japanese, the borrowed word "juice" (juusu) encompasses pretty much all soft drinks, from fruit juice to soda.)
A STJ and a STJ Food video uploaded at the same time? Happy days!!
My feelings also!
I was thinking the same thing! Best weekend ever now!
What a pretty spot, with the cliffs and waterfalls
The waterfall place was GORGEOUS! Thanks for taking us to see it! Glad your trip to the airport ended up working out!
Omgosh! That food looked amazing and what a beautiful spot you visited! Thank you for sharing 😊
wow, you wouldn't have gotten me out of that gorge, what cool geology! And beautiful too.
Takashiho looks like a cute small town.
Thanks for sharing. You have a good appetite!
I love Kumamon, I told my sister to bring me back any souvenir with him on it. She bought me back a Thermos Cup and I still use it at work.
The gorge and waterfalls while small, look incredibly beautiful.
Its cold here in America so that pork miso soup looks so good. The waterfall side of the scenery is lovely.
🙂🖖
Beautiful waterfalls

I was amazed at your dinner that you were able to get all that for such a low price! Nice 👍🏻

Japan is such a unique country.
The dangojiru looked amazing!
I find Japan endlessly fascinating and enjoy your videos. Thank you.
Quite a lightly snowy day in Kyushu there, STJ.

Ohly time a delayed flight is good is when it allows you to have a good meal
Loved that little hagama cooker. I am going to have to find one for myself.
The Gorge is beautiful 😍
The second lunch (before the flight) looked simple but delicious. 😋
Lovely video as always, thank you for taking us on your journey.
Lucky a late bus plus late flight = lunch well done 🎉. Thanks again interesting video
The second breakfast looked way better and the fish looked really good!
Awesome!! You are going to many places in these episodes. I like it.
That bed with the pillow looked so sad. But you had great food to cheer yourself up.
just in time to watch during my lunch
I enjoy the food adventures so much. The rice dish looked fabulous, and I am curious about trying chicken nanban and konjac. Thanks for another great video.
Lunch looked nice and that egg custard! Yummy 😋
thanks for the tour
Been watching your videos for so long
That pork dumpling. You said it’s called shumai. We have that pork dumpling too here in the philippines, it’s called siomai. 😁s
I really enjoy this channel, my friend. It's so delightful and it inspires me to live life to the fullest.
Nice! Green tea means good restaurant yah? Hope you’re feeling better!

Beautiful ❤
😂 one of the times where flight delayed is a good thing to happen.
Snowing in Kyushu?! We’re lucky if Florida gets flurries!

Greeting from indonesia 🙏😁
Guess, apart from curry, what food does STJ never miss?
SHUMAI!
Everyone orange juice you've shown has looked like it's a flavored powder poured into water... OJ is usually pretty thick in the US...
It does look like watered down tang doesn't it

❤❤
Thank you!
Double chicken nanban dinner!
can one get more or are the portions set to a certain amount only.
Arigato gozaimasu
As an American viewer it always is mildly disappointing to see you get Starbucks.
Yeah, but it's even more maddening to see how reasonable their prices are when you leave this country!
You still get plastic bags in Japan? We don't in my grocery store...
🫰🏼
🤩 P r o m o s m
Delicioso
Seriously, that breakfast looked terrible 😞
