Thank you! You can recite Mooka Panchasati slokams. I don’t know any specific slokams for these health issues, however you can recite the Mooka Saaram (about 30 selected slokams from theMooka Panchasati) as it takes less time. Thank you 🙏

Can you please tell me is it enough to chant only Arya Shatakam from Mook Panchsati to cure stammering as it it written in the last stanza that whoever chants arya shatakam will get a flowing speech ? Because entire Mook Panchsati of 500 stanzas is too much big. It seems nearly impossible for me to chant all the 500 stanzas in one day. Do I need to chant all 500 stanzas or just arya shatakam ? Please tell me
Thank you for your comment. I agree it is difficult to chant all the 500 slokas, so there is a set of just 31 slokas named Mooka Saaram that is know to have similar benefits. You can chant that instead. Otherwise just chant 20 slokams of Arya Satakam per day so that you can complete the first 100 slokams in 5 days. May Goddess Kamakshi bless you and your family.
