I like the fact that this combines the original Father Christmas and Father Christmas goes on holiday
Both the British and the American versions are good in their own right, and I do like both of them, but i actually grew up watching the British version with all the "Bloomins". It just feels more in tune with my childhood Christmas memories. When I first saw the American version I was confused. It didn't take too long to figure out what was up, and then I shrugged it off, but its really great to hear and see the original British version again.

Father Christmas 🎅 says bloomin’ a lot but it doesn’t bother me- I like 👍 him plus his faithful dog 🐶 and cat 🐈⬛ I see the kid and the ⛄️ snowman in it, too- good cartoon! ❤❤❤❤❤

The Christmas just gone I watched this for the first time, I had no idea it existed and I really enjoyed it! The cameo from the Snowman and the boy from the original Snowman short was a cool surprise!

I had the books of this and father Christmas goes on holiday and I never saw this, the animated films! I always imagined what he sounded like:a grumpy old Yorkshire man but I guess his voice is more londoner. Oops. I wrote from the books to my text to speech reading agent and the way I spelled things had it pronounce the words so weird like olideay. Basically made up new words that I actually use in real life after that. Everybody love the funny words I made up. It always made me laugh. Now I finally get to see the cartoons I'm so happy

So is it ok for children to watch something such as this when it is presented in the wrong format and everything is the wrong shape? I think not.
The upload running for 26 minutes 2 seconds is how it should be seen.
Is there an American and a British version? I used to watch this with my kids when they were little. I don't remember some of this.
This is the cleaned up American version where Santa's not allowed to say "Bloomin". Sad and not as charming as the British correct version, but still good.
