Do keep in mind this requires: Hitting an opponent with 100% RISC with wild assault, a mid-hitting move, around midscreen, with a full burst gauge yourself and Positive Bonus. And all this deals 425 damage on Ky, so even with the stars aligning, this won't actually ToD a good half of the cast.
