Colt AR15 Rifle Buttstocks - Brownells XM16E1 + DNA M16A1 + Colt M16A2

Hello M16 friends,
I have here three different buttstocks from the M16 Era.
The first one is from the XM16E1 which was used in the vietnam war until the mid 60s. The second one was used at the M16A1 (603) until the mid 80s. The third Stock is the latest one, which is mounted at the M16A2, A3 and A4. This one is a little bit longer than the other two.
The E1 Stock is from Brownells, the A1 from DNA and the last one is a original from the US Army.
You can use all of these at GBBRs.

Great simple video! Thank you for demonstrating how the internals differ, as it's been hard to find info on the Brownells. Does anybody make a foam insert that would function with the Brownells in being able to attach a trap door to it, or would that have to be done manually?

Honestly i doubt that anybody make a foam insert for the brownells. I think you will have to do it by your own. Or you will get the DNA one. I bought it for my M16A1 (603 Late) build.
