it is "just" the technique. the more you know, the less you exhaust. :) when fast playing comes, only you have to use is physics instead of muscles. I mean the flying fingers and swiveling.

And it's Austin, Evgeny Novikov from Slaughter to Prevail and Clay Aeschliman from Polyphia. To me, they're on Danny Carey and Neil Perts level.

Nick MIlls I use double strokes on Pearl Demon Drives. I use triggers though of course, or else it would just sound dumb. I'll tell you what though, double strokes are definitely a must have for heavy metal. It feels unbelievably smooth while going insanely fast

You can't hear his drums. It's the song played over footage of him playing it. But he doesn't use tom triggers, snare triggers, or cymbal triggers (if you think that's a thing) while playing live. Only bass drum triggers, which 98% of metal drummers use triggers live.
