Actually I understood it a little differently: they were together, with all the ups and downs of a relationship, and then she broke up. And that's her right, and she didn't do anything wrong, but maybe hating her would be less painful than continuing to love her, and accepting that she chose to leave.

I think the song is about a relationship that broke up not from cheating or bad behavior on either part, just circumstances. He’s still suffering and needs to hate her in order to move on. He wishes she did something destructive to the relationship so that he could have a tangible reason for hating her.
This! Thr concept reminds me of that song "I wish you would of cheated" by Alexander.....idk his Last name. He's saying he wish she cheated so he had a reason to be so heartbroken. Cuz he can't hate her.

His album is called GOLDEN btw. IMO its a no skip album except maybe for the clean version of seven at the end. Some people prefer the explicit version rather than the clean version. Its an 11 track album if you include both SEVEN versions.
He did a GOLDEN SHOWCASE CONCERT just before he enlisted. It was free online at the time, but there are videos on YT of all the petformances he did of every song from his album on there as well as two encore songs. One is
STILL WITH YOU which was a song he wrote for ARMY during the pandemic, then there is
MAGIC SHOP which is actually a BTS song but he co-wrote and co-produced it for ARMY. He sings his parts but all the other parts you hear are all the other members singing their parts.
I hope you get to watch at least a few of these and you will see for yourself that he can sing live perfectly well without autotune as someone is claiming.

But the pain of breakup is so hurtful that if he imagined she cheated on him then he can hate her and the pain would be easier for him to deal with.
But she never cheated and he don't cheated.
If she had cheated on him then he could hate her and the pain wouldn't be so bad.
But neither cheated they just went their separate ways but because the pain so hurtful he's going to imagine she did something wrong so he can deal with the pain by hating her

I wish you could fo through all his discography, but from all i would check his live performances!! He is an amazing performer, an all rounder! Love his voice, his stage presence and most of all his personality!

I interpret the story he tells like this: They were in love but the relationship was complicated, because both partners had a lot stuff outside the relationship that they had to take care of - be it a difficult job, depression, money issues, drugs, madatory military service or whatever, really - just any kind of hardship that puts you personally under a lot of pressure. They still were able to keep the relationship alive. But then "he" put all of the pain both of them felt "under the microscope" - which to me sounds like he was comparing their issues on details that don't matter at all and maybe he even thought that only his pain was real and didn't really think about the pain his partner felt due to the hardships they had to endure. In the end their personal hardships were the reason they ended the relationship...but at least him, maybe even both are still in love with each other. It just doesn't work out. And the knowledge that love wasn't enough to keep their relationship going pains him so much that he wishes that his partner cheated or something like that - he wishes that there was a reason for the breakup that he could really blame. But since there isn't a reason he decides to hate his partner despite knowing that they did nothing wrong. Because hating them "is the only way it doesn't hurt".
That's just my personal interpretation - in the end everyone has their own story to put behind the song ^.^
Actually it's about finding a reason to hate, instead of hurt so bad with the end of a relationship. Has nothing to do with him feeling guilt. Its easier to be angry than broken hearted.

They have been together 10 years, have won tons of awards, and nomininated for even more. As a group they are all pro dancers and all their content for dance practices is also online. Internationally they have performed at the biggest award shows, you would enjoy their performances. They are multi=genre as is Junk Kook. Be sure to catch his remix with Usher! Also catch ON (Kinetic Manifesto), Mic Drop (Steve Aoki), Butter, and various other chart busters. They have broken so many records it is ridiculous. Truly a once in a lifetime group and i'm an old gal who listens to them :)

Most of the army's saying react to Dynamite, while i can understand why they said to react it, sometimes people don't like dynamite and they immediately assume bts just does pop. No they are versatile, they do pop, hip-hop, jazz, house genre, rnb, latin pop, japanese rnb's etc.

All 7 of the members of BTS are in the military right now. But, they created a lot of content to be released while they're gone. I am not sure where the inference that he did a bunch of bad things he wishes he could say his partner did comes from. Relationships are complicated and managing them involves two individual's sensitivities. In the song, Jungkook admits he is the one who put things under a microscope. Maybe that was enough to cause his partner to leave. Maybe that was how his love came out but also was what made the affair untenable for his partner. I just never heard him say anything about his behavior other than magnifying small things (putting things under a microscope).
This song was written by Shawn Mendez and is about his break up with Camila Cabella.. Who both say they love each other but broke up due to hectic schedules and no time for each other....

All seven members of BTS, of which Jungkook is the main vocalist, are currently serving and we're not being selfish about it at all. These guys have given us 10 years of amazing content and music and we are very proud of them for doing what they need to do. They have already signed their next contract which will begin when they are all back from the military late in 2025.
They will also sign each of their individual contracts for non-group activities. Let's wish Jungkook to sign a contract with a company worthy of him! So we are waiting for our Amazing Artist Jungkook in 2025 to resume his interrupted career as a World Star!
Their contract does not start in 2025, it runs until 2025 and has an open end date. This is a contract for the duration of military service and a comeback in 2025. Otherwise, there would be an end date for the contract, not a vague phrase. Further - it will be seen. In any case, the group contract is just part of Jungkook's career!

Yes all bts members are now serving in the SK military. The first member joined last year and each of them have gone after releasing solo work. They are required to serve 18 mos, so the first member will be back in June of this year and the others will follow until all 7 are back together in 2025.
Fortunately they've prerecorded content to be released while they're away. The first release after they all joined was a song by Jimin called closer than this. It was meant to offer us comfort and remind us they'll be back. I'm excited to see what else they'll release while the boys are away!

He didn't do the bad stuff he mentions in the song, he just wishes his partner had done something shady so he could hate them and turn off the "love" feelings after they broke up with him. there was NO hint or suggestion anywhere in the song that he wished she did those things bc HE did anything bad/wrong. he simply wished he could villainize/find a reason to hate her so he that he could move on.

You are lucky in that BTS has one of the largest discographies and JK is their main vocalist. He has solos within BTS like Euphoria. After you have reacted to his album may I suggest the highly entertaining TAYLOR MARI GUIDE TO THE BANGTAN 7. As it shows snippets of different songs we will be able to reccomend which BTS rabbit hole to reccomend next. They do so many different genre. We guarantee we will watch to the end because no matter how many times we watch reactors react to this ... 45 minutes are more like 15 as we see reactors smile and fall a little in love with these talented kind hilarious guys. It is the only guide that not only outlines their rise from rags to riches but shows the chemistry that not only allowed them to last over 10 years but live together most of that. They started with a tiny( total of 10 employees) company on the verge of bankruptcy continuously blocked from traditional kpop routes to success. They started with the Rap line and then the 4 all star vocalists. All produce solo work starting with the rap line almost from the begining. They all write and compose and produce, usually as collaborators. RM being the main lyricist and SUGA(Agust D) being the main producer. Some reactors have complained about their cheeks aching from smiling, some have had tears in their eyes. This doccumentary produced by a fan will not only help you spot who is who when reacting to group songs but will show you why they did what no one else was able to do before them. This is the first time that anyone has theorized that JK did those break-up worthy things at the beginning. To me, no such thing is suggested. At 4:46 on this reaction video he says what the problem was. They were almost perfect as a couple, however, " *Until I put all of our pain under the microscope* ".
I think the problem was just being too nit picky and not realistic or patient for relational growth to smooth out some minor glitches, or, just normally not having that adrenaline excitement as at the beginning while working on building a long lasting commitment to loving each other..
BTW, notice that at 4:46, when he admits the problem, the sky is beginning to lighten after being up all night. Then, color starts returning as "dawn" develops and shines on him.
I think JK chose this song in particular to convey his sadness at being separated from his beloved ARMY (tattooed on his knuckles) for almost 2 years. Girls almost always symbolize ARMY in BTS songs and mvs, the sketch girl has purple hair, he recalls the live concerts, and at the end, he looks straight into the ARMY viewer's eyes.

To me the lyrics were about a relationship that fell apart with no one being completely in the wrong. In order for him to move forward he blames his partner. It's a coping mechanism that he acknowledges is not entirely true. But until he stops loving his partner it's the only way he can protect his heart.

What about if he was singing about unrequited love?
They can't be together, so he has to hate them to get through the pain of not being happy in the relationship.
For me it means... like when you loose someone that you really love, it hurt a lot (it could be due to breakup or death). So one way to lower your pain, could be hating the person. So you wish the person made bad things to you because in that way you can bring those bad feelings back and start heating the person to cure/or end your feeling for the person and eventually it stops hurting that the person is no longer with you.
Please don't mine the beggers here asking for reacting on others they always do this whenever they see someone discovering Jungkook. They can't tolerate see jungkook being recognized by new people bc thier fandom Army hate him if you see clearly this song represent them , purple bomb concert with Army world disappear and open with GOLDEN concert that's his solo concert.
My understanding of this song is that he was in a relationship and his partner fell out of love with him & broke up with him. There was no cheating, just falling out of love & for him, this hurts more than if his partner would have done all those bad stuff to him.

There's actually a BTS Law in Korea that members from BTS can join the military until they're 30, im not sure if other groups can do that, but this law exits because of BTS, i think it used to be 28 or something. But jungkook was born in 1997 and just turned 26 in September, he did not have to go this early, even 95 and 96liners from other group have not even enlist yet, but he chose to go 4 years early in his golden years just for BTS and Armys, they want the group to be able to reunite in 2025, they can reunite even if he doesnt go now, he can go in 2027, but they want to make sure that from 2025 the group wont have to separate again, that was a huge sacrifice for Jungkook, I felt so angry and cried 2 times the day I saw his enlistment news, because he just started his solo career in November and it was SOOOO successful, it's really a golden time for his solo career and his life, i thought that was too brutal....other members age from 1992-1995, the second and third youngest are all 28 they also went in early but not that early, so i was feeling a little bit unfair for jungkook, but then he write us a letter and did some lives making us laugh and told us that he has no regrets, I felt a lot better after hearing that and thought a lot about how his ungrateful company is treating him and BTS right now, they wont give him a lot of work even he stays, the company even rejected the offer from FIFA, and then FIFA reached out to jungkook's ex manager and that's how he got the opportunity to to perform at FIFA and sing the theme song, so i wont be surprised if they just dont give him any work, it has happened after FIFA, he did not have any work for at least half a year, so maybe it's best for him to go now rather than wasting time at home not doing any thing.
