I get excited every time you decide to work with modeling chocolate. I just know it would be prodigious and i would have never guessed you had difficulty with the 👂, it came out phenomenal. As an intermediate-level cake baker, I appreciate that you share your "well that didn't work" moments in the video and discuss the reality of how long certain elements (e.g. the hands) really take you. The idea of carving a cake is one thing I have yet to tackle, it makes me so nervous!
