- Nikita and Amarjit have been in love since high school. They finally got married this February at Bokolia, Karbi Anglong. It was a traditional Karbi wedding. A wedding is truly a beautiful gathering of people and it includes a lot of sacrifice and hard work in making moments that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Many people whom we don't even know come together to make merry, cook great food, sing songs and above all, spread LOVE! :)

I appreciate the good work the team has shown in capturing the memories. But the description ".....TRADITIONAL KARBI WEDDING....." is unauthentic as there are few CULTURAL elements which are alien to the Karbi Tribe.
I am no one to judge on someone's belief and practice but since the channel has mentioned TRADITIONAL KARBI WEDDING I couldnt resist. I personally find that there are few cultural assimilation of Brahmanism. I drop by as it might make other visitors to assume that the Karbis has few similar practise and belief in their culture and faith. But no, I agree to disagree, there are disparity, as Karbi has their own Tribal Indigenous practices and faith.
I find the assimilation because I could see Hinduism God's frame, and vice versa, the Karbis who have embraced other faith (my hypothetical view).
So I personally dont agree that it is fully embedded KARBI TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE.
