I'm sure my game my game i benefited from this however what do you mean reduce mid maps ?
I personally like the mid maps for my game I don't want to remove the mid maps just because I want to optimized drow call for my game.

Yikes. 1.5k tri's knife, 3k tri's sword.. LOWPOLY car 3.8k tri's. I need to have a sit down with these artists and explain what "game ready" means.

I did think the knife looks a little oversmooth, but in this day and age if your sword was 3k and a main asset I wouldn't see it being a massive issue.
