If the training facility is in the area where I think it is. it is a bit out the way from the main football pitches behind the running track and is separated by a little hill and a line of trees. Where they plan to build it can fit around 4-5 football pitch's. the only criticism I've heard from fans is that it is an area very prone to flooding. that's a little bit about sheep mount if you wanted to know 👍

Cheers for that mate! Sounds like a promising area for the size especially for extra pitches if they want all the teams there, they will need the space but if it’s prone to flooding you would like to thing they have something in preparation to defend against that.
