I improved my hair by doing these: Including more and more vitaminC from orange, lemon, and kiwi fruit, 8 hours of enough sleep daily, consume nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also have fish like sardines, salmon. Exercise a minimum of 30 mins daily. Using mild, pure shampoo, neem wood comb, scalp massager by liitleextra coconion two times a week. This is good to control hair fall.
Recently a bad haircut leave me literally hopeless and stressed thinking that this hair growing process is going to last forever and watch this videos often to don't loose hope and be patient is what's keeping me alive, for someone like me who used to have a long hair, and having to start again, is a duel, and right now it's been two months feeling depressed, let's hope a year from now my mental health comes back after my hair is long again

I got an bad haircut yesterday and i'm ashamed of go outside and let people see me, but then i comfort myself knowing my hair still growing fast. If this can help you, i put sweet clover water on my hair to increase the growth
Damn. No offense you guys but if your world is that shattered from a hair cut then you need to grow some thicker skin. Sure it’s not ideal but it’s not worth going into a depression and not leaving your house over. It’s just hair. I can’t imagine how you would react to actual life altering event if you can’t even cope without a “good” haircut.

My hair was shaved much shorter to start (literally to the length of tiny stubble a few days after shaving), and I got an undercut about six months into my growth, which is why I’m further behind. But.. My self esteem has boosted greatly now that it’s grown a bit back out. I’m still growing it!

Hello! I cut the sides by myself, but I would recommend you, to visit a barber and let him cut your sides. Cause my problem is that the sides don't look the same! It looks so bad in my eyes but I don't want to grow it again.. so thats my advice for you

Yeah get it trimmed so split ends dont ruin growth and it will keep your hair even. Go like every month or two
