Learning New Flips At The First And Only Parkour / Ninja Warrior Gym In Greenville, South Carolina. This video starts off with a fun balance challenge inspired by an obstacle that was on the tv show american ninja warrior. Then I landed my first triple kaboom on trampoline, and practiced some tramp wall tricks. Then a compilation of big power tricks and creative weird tricks off our drop to our giant resi mat.

Yooo 5:30 is literally one of my target tricks. I can't even call it a dream trick because I feel like I could get it if I just spent a while trying. I've done catwists on my bed so I'm sure I have the rotation, the spring floor is just so hard I can't attempt it more than a few times without hurting.
