I guess being in my mid 30s it’s more on a nostalgia level. It’s from An era of streetwear I’m most familiar with and loved. That’s why Bobby Hundreds is my #1 choice of best dressed guest because he’s a CREATOR of street fashion from the era that I loved! I just like his style and I truly admire his sweatshirt as pretty. Niche I guess.
I remember in Bobby’s interview he talks about new brands that started coming out and competing like HUF . When he said that I was like yeah that was the beginning of a new era and style. Boutiques were closing down in my area and you could only find what was in Zumies pretty much which all turned to anime.

Honestly there are way more rules and law enforcement in the U.S. it’s pretty easy going in China and people are fairly openminded in my experience. (Edit: speaking as someone who lived in smaller cities/provinces)

It’s crazy how Americans only perceive Cantonese accent as THE Chinese accent lol. They are many other ethnic groups in China, 56 to be exact, Turks mongols and many more.. they don’t all sound like that hahaha

Do Americans really perceive Cantonese as the main accent? I would think Mandarin would be considered as The Chinese accent. Cantonese is not spoken by the majority.
