Saw ‪@clintdarden654‬ checking his blood sugar before strongman training and talking about checking on competition days. Thought that I should too, since sometimes I train fasted and sometimes I drink a quarter cup of dextrose during warmups. So far, this one is super cheap and gets the job done. Should be 100 when fasted and return to 100 an hour or so after eating.

Are you diabetic, or is there an auxiliary use for this? I actually have the same one for my sister. Actually... it is the same brand, but it might be a slightly older model. I never had an issue with it.

No, I am not diabetic. Clint Darden a strongman I watch was talking about checking his blood sugar before training ad competition. So I snagged this one. Most times I train fasted in the morning. I wanted to see what my blood sugar was doing.
