Oh my goodness..I saw where Divisoria was cleaned up. That was when Mayor Isko was still in power. Now look at Divisoria….it is a mess, chaos, dirty, vendors are back on streets occupying street therefore pedestrians are walking in middle of the street. Walang progress as Philippines…. So. Sad. Laying na lang 3rd world country.
