McMillan made plays when he was in the game and finished No. 8 among Ohio State tacklers with 54 tackles, a total that included 6.5 tackles-for-loss (24 yards) and 2.5 sacks ... he had an interception against Maryland that he returned 24 yards for a touchdown ... he had a personal-best and team-leading seven tackles vs. Kent and he had six in games against Michigan and Wisconsin, the latter coming in the Big Ten championship game ... he had a high of 2.5 TFLs, including two sacks, vs. Kent, and he also had 2.0 TFLs vs. Michigan. McMillan is one of six from his recruiting class who enrolled at Ohio State in January 2014 ... he was the nation's top-rated inside linebacker prospect by ESPN and Rivals and he was chosen as the 2013 national high school Butkus Award winner as the top linebacker in the country ... a five-star prospect by ESPN, Rivals and 247Sports, McMillan was rated as an overall Top 20 performer nationally by those three services ... a four-year starter for coach Kirk Warner at Liberty County H.S., McMillan accumulated 456 tackles and 10 forced fumbles during his career ... as a senior he totalled 159 tackles, 35.5 tackles-for-loss and 8.5 sacks for his 8-3 squad, and he also rushed for nearly 700 yards on offense ... was named the Georgia Region 3 AAAA defensive player of the year and a first-team all-state pick after his senior season ... a two-time Savannah Morning News player of the year ... named a first-team Parade and USA Today All-American following his 2013 senior season ... recorded five tackles in the 2014 Under Armour All-American game ... is the son of Monica and Rafael Washington.

This kid is going to take over the MLB position after Timmons leaves in 2 years. He will be our next Zach Thomas. Harris will replace wake, and we'll probably look to add another Safety and another OLB in the next couple drafts. Raekwon will be our leader on defense and the run stopping thumper we needed.

McMillian will most likely play SAM and 3rd down passing situations as 1 of 2 LBs in the Nickel. I would switch to 3-4 base have him and Timmons ILB which would allow Misi to play his more natural position but won't happen it will be used as a sub package but not a base.

Vince Williams for sure because he just signed a three year deal. And you can never have enough great linebackers. And this one's going to be great. You'd be able to add so many wrinkles into the defense and Shazier and him could play in any nickel package.
Jai Rogers you never go into a draft in the bottom 20s looking for needs. you take the best available. This is why the Steelers organization has always been great. If he's there it's a great fit. They will be able to move him and Shazier around on the outside. As well as we are developing Feeney. Bud will be back week 10 and be stud. If Jarvis plays like he did last game and signs a small contract they will keep him for depth. there is also Free agency and 2-7 rounds. Don't have to go for a need in the first.

PSU . . . linebacker U?!?!?! No longer!!! The OSU has produced some outstanding backers over the last ten years. Far more than PSU. Bosa might have been a down lineman at the OSU but he will be a backer in the pros . . . and a very good one.

Not much thump in his hits not really a punishing tackler and I would like to know what his coverage skills are like if he had Reuben foster type hit power or more hit power I'd put him up there a bit higher
He doesn't have fosters hit power that's one of the reason y foster gonna be a top 10 pick and raekwon a later 1st to 2nd round pick.

Davis has elite speed and Cunningham has freakishly long arms, great hips, and a very strong lower body. NFL teams value physical traits over game tape, and thats why McMillan is a late day 2 or early day 3 pick. I agree that his tape is just as good as Davis and Cunningham but their physical traits set them apart.
Dont get me wrong though, I'm not hating on the guy, I'm really hoping the Cards take a look at him and I think he'll develop into a good NFL player, but I would bet money he wont go in the second.

As for the players on Ohio St., I believe J. Perry, D. Lee,, T. Decker, and A. Washington were overrated, and if it wasn't for Ezekiel Elliott, they'd be scraping just to be in the Top 10. Bosa and Elliott are the only 2 players I'd care to see on the Packers.
