Working with David is a learning experience . He knows the laws and can state them in a way that makes the police second guess their decisions. He is the best at it and if you can articulate like he can maybe you won't get arrested as much 😉 of course it does seem that you don't get as much respect and patience as he does maybe it's because your younger or some other reason😋 love your videos you keep cool and calm in all situations and show respect even when you are getting none in return

Reports need to be filed, higher ranking officials need to be talked to...I mean just because citizens have common sense, that doesn’t mean officers should have..... This video, among others is now over 3 years old and it a perfectly demonstrates how the Police could completely end 1st Amendment Audits. Even with the now numerous videos that have gone exactly like this one and the fact that 1st Amendment Audits are now general knowledge to Law Enforcement across the Country, there are still so many Officers that just can't control their egos long enough to follow these effective examples. I imagine this is a mission that, due to the many years of unchallenged overreach of power, will still take a while.
The pre-audit checklist should include emptying your pockets of all identification including secondary identification such as credit cards, etc. Carry only a little bit of cash and a pre-paid card to be able to pay for a taxi or uber ride. Any car key should be a duplicate with no remote on a ring with multiple dummy keys. If there is an inclination to move one’s mouth; bring a big pack of chewing gum.

Removing the internal infrared filter from your camera will allow you to see right through that tinted window. You can then purchase an external IR filter to once again achieve the proper color spectrum. :

Next time a police officer takes a picture of you ask them if the camera is their own or an official police phone,, then tell them that the footage needs to be stored because the evidence on the camera might be used for a FOIA request or possible law suit .. and get their name and explain to them that they are now personally responsible for the safety of the footage that might be subject to a subpoena
It's a bold strategy to flagrantly break an obvious law, like those about maximum tint. Now anyone who wants to hunt cops can guess with some reliability who the cop's truck is - it will be the one with no front license, illegally tinted windows, but relatively new.
I need back up i was minding my own buisness while driving my pick up and taking pictures of these auditors but now they are taking pictures of me taking pictures of them what should i do, take some more pictures of them taking pictures of you but this time in landscape mode that will show them your a pro and not just a dumb cop who has no idea what he is doing, I cant do that, why cant you do that just use the camera horizontal instead of perpendicular, no thats not the problem my boyfriend is making me a romantic dinner and i promissed i would not be late byeeeee.
