- Each Fall, hunters from around the country load up their dogs, say goodbye to their families, and head west for early-season upland hunting trips. The Western Tour Series tells the story of a group of friends hitting the road for their annual western tour. An early season, upland hunting trip where they hunt and camp on beautiful public land.
In Episode 1 of the Western Tour Series, the crew hits the road and heads to North Dakota to meet up with each other for the first leg of the trip. With the energy at an all-time high, they decide to get in a quick evening hunt before setting up camp and preparing for the long road ahead.

I subscribed the moment I saw the very proper manners the dogs exhibited while going through doors. It says a great deal about the quality of the rest of their training.👍
Well done video, great editing. 👍 Anticipations high for the follow-up. Good luck, be safe, make memories.
Well done guys, looking forward to the series.
Great video! Can’t wait for the next episode!
Mid 60's. I hope to try it this year!
No kennel cover at all. Bare kennel in back of open air truck bed. I have seen people travel with dogs like that and they are dehydrated and exhausted by the time they get there.
Frequent stops and plenty of water prevents enclosed dogs from overheating early season when temps are typically higher, dehydration, and exhaustion. Best of luck with your season and approaches to tackling dog travel.
