Bushcraft overnighter with my Girlfriend in the Wilderness & SHE LOVED IT!🔥

- My Girlfriend and I had a wonderful Bushcraft Overnighter by the 19th largest lake in Sweden deep in the Swedish wilderness. We set up a tarp shelter under which we could hang our hammocks close together. Despite the forest being very dry, we managed to carefully remove the moss to make a safe
fire. We cooked creamy pasta and had a charcuterie board with red wine under the stars.
As spring arrives, the ants come to life near the water, so we decided to get hammocks to sleep above the ground. We both slept great last night. During the day, we had a temperature of 14 degrees, and at night, 4 degrees. The hammock has a mosquito net, which
is also very nice.
It was a great bushcraft overnighter with a beautiful view over Lake Skagern and yes my Girlfriend loved it!!

Creamy cauliflower pasta recipe
Ingredients:
1 cauliflower
150g pasta
2 cloves of garlic
3 spring onions
2 tbsp olive oil
250ml vegetable broth
150ml heavy cream
Lemon juice
Old Amsterdam cheese (or Parmesan cheese)
Parsley
Salt and pepper
Paprika powder
Optional: Basil powder, parsley powder
Tip: It's also delicious to add chicken or bacon.
-Boil the cauliflower for about 10 -15 minutes.
-Meanwhile, heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a (sauce)pan and add the crushed garlic and pring onions to the pan and sauté for 15 seconds.
-then add the pasta, hot broth(bouillon), cream, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir and let it cook for about 7 to 10 minutes.
(The pasta will absorb all the liquid while cooking, resulting in a creamy pasta.)
-Add the cauliflower, sprinkle with fresh parsley, the spices and some cubes of old Amsterdam cheese as much as you like.

Your in a pine forest you should always dig out your fire pit till you hit dirt years of pine needles build up and could catch fire and burn underground and you would never know it only to surface a day or two later then you have a forest fire be careful in a pine forest....
