Hollyoaks should have won that year...I'm not much of a fan these day but 2012 was the best year Hollyoaks had since 2008! They only started winning after the show went to pits...strangely enough.
In my personal opinion Hollyoaks was awesome with its storylines during this. The episodes where everyone turned on one of the characters and bullied her was very well handled.
