I just receive email from them last June 2nd regarding with the saville assessment. Im very happy because i have now chance to be part of this institution Company here in Dubai. CUSTOMER SERVICE is my last and present job here in UAE. I hope i can pass all of the assessment test and proceed to the next stage. Well good luck to me.
@@jariv1991 Its very interesting however you will have two week-end of intense customer service, passport,checkin and dangerous goods which is quit intense durant those two weeks study and focus you have 4 tests you need to get 80% and above to succeed and you only get one chance to pass the course.

well I understand rose what you mean I have been through this LIBRA crap when our department was closed I had to take redundancy as I wouldn't compromise on my self respect, saying all this I have has some wonderful colleagues that makes me appreciate this amazing institution of learning.
