- Welcome back to K&D Adventures! First trip of 2023, we are taking you on board one of the largest cruise ships in the Royal Caribbean International fleet, Ovation of the Seas.
We booked this cruise a few months ago before sailing date in mid January and it was a 2 night sampler cruise from Sydney, Australia back to Sydney, Australia. Pretty much we did a big loop in the big blue world.
Ovation of the Seas a Quantum-class cruise ship that is based in Sydney during southern summer season and mainly sails from Seattle during the northern summer season.
She is also one of the biggest, boldest ships to ever sail Australia. From the unrivalled perspective of the North Star to refuelling with delicious, globally inspired dishes and robot-crafted cocktails. You can also definitely fill each sea day with thrilling activities like surf sessions on the FlowRider, simulated skydiving on RipCord by iFLY, and so much more.
We had the most amazing time onboard Ovation of the Seas. A huge thank you to the crew which made the journey an unforgettable one.

@@JT-152 The room we got was the balcony stateroom and all the food you saw in the video were included with the fare. It’s more if you wanna pay for the speciality restaurants, they will be at an extra cost :)

Hey question please, being on level 6 was it loud from the bars or resteraunts?
Hey there, we managed to walk around Deck 5 near the bars and restaurants late at night and it was actually very quiet. I guess cause everyone was just so tired after a long day. So I hope that means you get to have a nice quiet sleep on Deck 6 during your trip :)
Are there free wifi/internet on this cruise?
There is no free wifi, but Royal Caribbean does offer wifi package at a cost
