I've had very little exposure to African food. What I did experience was Nigerian. Having said that, going of visuals, Liberian food looks FAR more appealing. You had my mouth watering my man! 🤤

I have never seen a capital city with so many zinc shacks haphazardly built around the city. Monrovia looks very chaotic and disorganized. Nevertheless, the children seem happy.
Hope the new government of Liberia can do something about all these dilapidated zinc shacks located in the heart of the city. Building low-cost housing projects for Liberians and decentralizing Liberia's economy, help alleviate economic stress on the already overcrowded population of Monrovia. it also helps spread economic development in other parts of Liberia. Great first-hand documentary showing life in Liberia.

Unfortunately there is no zoning plan Monrovia. I got a land I Caldwell in 2007, build a house and guess what?
The house is now surrounded with Graves. You can build a million dollars home in Monrovia and some can build the adjacent land and turn it into a cemetery.

The diet is messed up, that's reason for the aggression and fatty bodies, everything we were taught must be studied for ourselves. We eat too much meat, every meal was meat and probably animal based soups and oils. For this do we pay to much for food that isn't serving us best, meat speeds the metabolism which means you are eating more and on top of that are you paying the higher expense of meat.
I myself is in the diaspora, married to a Liberian and keen on my physique.
Furthermore I've looked on the map and seen a bunch of colonial names and christian establishments. That all MUST GO.
Teach and give the source but we do not support religion. At the end of religion you must know the concepts come from the scrolls and teachings of Africans. The 10 commandments are not par of religion but governing law. Commandment stating "Have no gods before me", recognizes other gods and express the importance of putting no other before your own. No other race of people support another like their own. I think due to the strength of our DNA, we are divided, because anything mixed with our DNA- look as we. We must know as par the black agenda to put no other kind of man before the black man, and this does not mean we are unjust.
