I was watching and thinking, "Wow, this guest is doing a great job of pulling him back and keeping him on topic". I saw Eddie had note cards he would look to, he came very well prepared. Im sure he was thinking he needed to make sure he properly articulated his points in order to avoid looking like a tinfoil hat enthusiast. Great job Eddie!

I thought I'd stop the video after a few minutes, but i actually enjoyed it. Nice to see someone who is open-minded, articulated, and is not trying to push his beliefs on others.
Same deception ancient aliens is pushing.. obviously the show isn’t to push truth they’re getting what they want. If you’re dumb enough to believe the earth and space is what they say with their 5 pictures of the earth and all different then you’re all fools. And you laugh at flat earth and take their word like it’s not all deception.
Articulated? "It's complex. I'll explain how it's complex. It's complex because..." That sounds really articulated to me. Just because he's able to memorize a vast amount of information over 28 years and then regurgitate it over a 3-hour interview does not mean that he's articulated.

It's so sad.. I attended seminary; speak Hebrew and Aramaic, and have a graduate degree in astronomy. Why are we elevating blasphemous heretics? Any educated theist could completely dismantle this man, or Waillis claims. It blows my mind how so long as someone has a platform, they're viewed as an authoritative source on the topic. I'm a no body, and could completely refute this man's, child like intellect. We have a hundred generations, of some of the greatest minds in human history, men/women educated on scripture, the theology, the language, doctrine. At 1:54:49 Ive been asking that question to people I know for literally 20 years and no one seems to understand what I'm even questioning. The fact that Danny can even put it in to words, reaffirms that I am in the right place every time I listen to this podcast
I remember asking this question to my stepdad as a kid, “how do we know red doesn’t look different to all of us” was how i worded it, his answer, which still seems pretty legit, is that we see withbout eyes, eyes are hardware with working parts, we all have similar hardware therefor it’s safe to say we all see the same things, but 2 people witnessing the same event or image can have 2 completely different understandings due to their own preconceptions and opinions (I see a scary thug and you see a school boy) so there’s that, but I’d say it’s a safe bet we all visually see the world in the same way, but perceive the world differently based off many demographic factors.
Your question concerns individual perception and how we can know whether we're perceiving the same things. The reason we know is because of "objective reality." There is a real world around us. It is not illusory or subjective. It is solid, real, and not open to individual interpretation. It is what it is. That's the first thing. Have someone describe an object to you in detail. Their description will match your perception because the object is real and occupies space in not merely in your subjective perception, but within an objective reality that you inhabit. If I measure something as being 12 inches long and then you measure it, you will also see that it is 12 inches long. If I ask you to describe a pair of scissors, what you describe will match my perception of what scissors are. Etc., etc.
The second is reason biology. When you call something black and I call something black, or when you call something square and I call it square, that is because of the way that light reflects off of the object and filters through the retina and the cones in our optical mechanics (i.e., our eyes).
Objective reality has fallen out of fashion, but it's just really hard to get around. Fall off a 10-story building or have someone crack your shins with a bat and objective reality comes into sharp focus very quickly!
@@tozerscarpetI think they are saying we have absolutely no way to know if we perceive objective reality the exact same way, we just know that we share a common language to describe what we see. The best analogy is to have someone with daltonism next to a normal person. They will both agree an apple is red, but one will see a shade of gray and the other will see red. It’s not a perfect analogy, but look for “your brain hallucinates reality” Ted talk. Maybe it becomes clearer.
@@yanaantonio42 That's what I took from the question/observation. I just think that at this point we have empirical ways to verify perception. It's not as "enchanted" a view as a more mystical approach, I will grant you that.
That you "grant him", shows some subjective hope (which is more "spiritual" than objective) and shows not in your original longer reply/post just above. Realizing this, my own, reply is purely subjective and made in view that I have had enough truly subjective personal first-hand spiritual experience to be able to compare and speak of with any authority. :-)

Just wanted to say Esoteric Eddie is brillant. I hope in a years time we see his channel blow up because he has so much knowledge to share with this world. Secondly, I'm not trying to be negative but could the host of this podcast please try to read the books his guests have written before the interview...or at the very least do a little research beforehand. Eddie is a true educator and graciously answers the hosts even when being interrupted to answer questions that have nothing to do with what he's saying. It throws the guest off topic and multiple times we don't get to hear Eddie's full point he is trying to make. It's distracting!! Thanks for this interview and bring Eddie back for round 2!

I get your perspective but isn't that what his own videos are for? This guy interviews tons of ppl from all walks of life so ppl like myself can be introduced to this new guy Eddie who I have never heard of and get some basics across and learn. So I appreciate Danny having novice questions and trying to learn and understand from a very basic point of view as he goes. Also a lot of this info which I do know of already lots of ppl have probably never heard of and may even be hard to follow. I think they are both doing a fantastic job having a conversation and I personally wouldn't change any of it. I understand your more knowledgeable perspective though. Eddie is spot on literally with nearly everything he is saying.

I would rather have questions that can't be answered than answers that can't be questioned.
The question is answered in the Bible. Sounds cliche I know, but it really is. I’ve done an unhealthy amount of research on this topic and inevitably got dropped off at the truth. The Bible is real, Jesus is real, and unfortunately, demons are real.

It’s strange that I can produce a great sounding video with my phone, but these podcasts spend thousands on sound equipment and it seems to add to chances of the sound messing up

I really feel like this interview was a lot of the interviewer seeing his recent list of guests’ topics culminate or pop up at every turn of the conversation- almost how Eddie said it isn’t vertical bro.

He has built his paradigm over a misunderstanding that the Bible only talks about Lucifer once. Just because the Catholic Church latched onto that one name that doesn't mean The Devil isn't discussed many times using many names in the Bible. Sure the Anunaki were worshipped for a long time. But basically all of the Bible is about those in the covenant fighting with those who are not. Those people may have called their gods by different names but they were probably all representations of the Anunaki. He has no real proof as to why the God of Abraham is in any way linked to the Anunaki. He is making assumptions and then building his entire world view off of them.

I didn't hear about this guy's background, or is he even said it but he doesn't come across as a dude with a lot of formal education, but you can tell he is VERY well-read... self-educated on topics that he is genuinely interested in. In the beginning I didn't expect much, or I expected him to be a kind of a quack. Buy a third of the way through I was VERY impressed. I couldn't have recalled 10% of the information that he did.... The names, titles, etc. I don't know how much I agree with what he said, but I'm still very inspired by him

My old man who is in hos 80s has nothing deeper than old sayings and cliches to spout either. Those stuck in the matrix rarely escape simple understanding.
I’m amazed by this conversation and the fact that I have come to all the same conclusions as Eddie. Pretty wild and nice to know I’m not alone.
This is your best podcast yet. Eddie is the man, his tying of so many different disciplines to draw his conclusions is exactly what we need in academia. I find myself in my own research coming into the same ideas he shares here.

It was an entertaining discussion, and Eddy seems like a very likable person, but many of his conclusions are based on biblical and/or historical errors. There was also some "connecting the dots" that I felt were based on pretty big leaps. I would maybe look into the work of someone like Dr. Michael Heiser - a genuine Ancient Near East scholar who knew (he recently passed away) somewhere in the neighborhood of 12-15 dead ANE languages, and was a genuine scholar of the Bible, as well as the various cultural and religious beliefs/practices of the ANE peoples. His work might provide a different and worthwhile perspective for your research.

He's not drawing any new conclusions though! He's not providing any new insights. He's read a lot, seen a lot of videos. He just regurgitates that information. If you've read a lot or seen a lot on this topic, you would recognize that. This guy is a masterful manipulator of information. He's riding the wave of the actual researchers and leaders on this topic and not providing any unique or new contribution to it! It's abhorrent.

Great podcast! You need to interview Mauro Biligno, he is an Italian that used to work for Saint Paul press to translate Hebrew for the Catholic Church in Rome. He was removed from his position because he could not translate certain words to mean God when they clearly didn’t! It’s a lot of what this man is saying
Eddie mentioned "Enki" which immediately perked my ears. There is a brewery here in Minnesota named Enki Brewing. They definitely used this historical reference as their business name and theme. They use the classic hawks headed man with a head dress in their branding. Pretty cool if you ask me.

I scrolled through your videos on this CZcams channel and saw that you haven't interviewed Timothy Alberino, author of "Birthright." I think he would also be an interesting person to interview as he has a somewhat different perspective on Esoteric Eddie's take on religion but is just as knowledgeable.
Need to invite Timothy Alberino on the podcast..would be a great follow up to this guy. His book Birthright is very compelling and I think he is more experienced in this subject. And spent ten years in South America studying the Bible and ancient civilizations. Appreciate the podcast guys 😎👍

Bullshit. He doesn't provide any insights. He regurgitates information from other people's insights. He doesn't provide any information that is new. Sure, the kid has an astonishing memory. That doesn't make him intelligent. I bet he would have done well in school if he wasn't distracted with the recreational use of drugs. But, then again our school system is built upon the memorization and regurgitation of information.
Sure, he's an author, documentarian, and researcher. What true credentials does he have though? Anyone with a computer can research anything they want. Anyone with a computer can write a book and make a documentary. That doesn't mean that they have the authority to speak authoritatively on a topic.
I'm happy to hear new opinions and insights on already discussed topics. However, he doesn't provide this. I've done a lot of my own research and already know everything that he shared. He has nothing new to provide. He just put some text on paper and this interview was a convenient way to plug his "work."

I so wish Dr. Michael S. Heiser could have been a guest on your show. He is a biblical scholar & came across his work, ( The unseen Realm) it in my opinion is one of the most important books/docs covering the many misconceptions & true meaning & translations of biblical scriptures. I would recommend anyone regardless of religious beliefs, to watch it. It answered many of my questions & only wish I came across Dr. Heiser sooner.
I totally agree. He was an incredible scholar. This guy he has on is ridiculous. I cried laughing when he said it was kind of like his expertise...seriously? And I bet he did his research by watching lots of Television shows and smoking dope. This guy can't possibly have a serious publisher...I am sure he is self published.

When I do the gateway process, I become much more in tune with the energy fields surrounding my body. I can even feel the quantum wave fields radiating from my hands and can sense the wave interactions between them.. It almost feels like a magnet or musical resonance. Very interesting.

I didn't know why I was thinking it. I've always felt this, is exactly what I've said for years. People were so quick to dismiss my beliefs, but I came to my own conclusion through my own research.

This is so interesting-please keep bringing this type of content. this younger generation is finally getting to the bottom of it-soon the truth will be known. I always felt that there was something not right about the church teachings-it was just something that did not vibe right or feel true. It was like something told my inner self that the old school teachings were not true and we were being lied to. Thank you for these interviews with these guests.
