There exist online penpal sites🫶🏻 Personally I found penpals through the hashtag #penpalswanted and messaged people looking for penpals on Instagram. Its a big community! I recommend having a dedicated instagram or open instagram with posts of penpalling so people see you’re not a scammer. There is also Instagram accounts with a similar name that you can DM and they will post info about you so their followers will see if you are a fit, or you can check the posts yourself and message that person☺️ good luck!
