I hope someone grieved that supervisor for working at 1:51

Youre a 🐈 , only the worker with the highest seniority gets the 30 minutes of time unions members get paid for. Dont forget you need 2 people (including the witness) make sure he has less time then you and dont let anyone else see the supervisor working 😉

@@elcomodo1 Usually, the highest seniority person who grieves gets paid. Sometimes multiple people get paid. It's every Teamster's responsibility to enforce the contract. When a Supervisor works, that's less money going into the pension and health and welfare funds. The only way to stop Supes from working is to make UPS pay. Educate yourself.

@@user-kd2jq4sx4c “sometimes”. Stop giving these losers the false hope that snitching will give you more money. It all goes to the loser with the highest seniority. People like you are the problem in America . Snitching will only make a working environment worse….. dont bite the hand that feeds you.

@@user-kd2jq4sx4c but ig poor people like you NEED the money…. So snitch all you want. People will view you differently in the hub (not just the supervisors, hourlys too)

My hub non automation would process 50,000 packages every hour when fully staffed. We help back up these automated hubs when they fail.

1/3 of their seasonal employees return for permanent employment? Unbelievable! Fact check that

UPSer here. Completely depends on the hub you work in and how many workers they want to retain since. Seasonal employees do not have union protection so they can be fired for just about anything. My first peak season I was 1 of 8 people they kept on in a seasonal crew of about 30-40 ish (I work in a smaller hub). My second peak they kept about 30 seasonal hires (right when COVID started). It just completely depends on the situation.

They have the worst customer service claims division. It use to be great now they deny every claim unless you pay UPS to pack it for you at exorbitant cost. I doubt any of those young people working at the UPS Store could pack better than me. It’s a scam.
