The reason why the special move doesn't work when you used it is that you have blindness, and it misses because of it, you can see that it says "MISS" when you use the move.

From what I see he's awful as a tank but broken as an attacker, Buzard and Gobzerkir can apply tortures to thier allies so they're gonna be the best to pair with him, I don't know anything about why his awakening skill doesn't work maybe it's a bug or something
@thoriusoff5985 well of course they were added the same time ss him. Sp intended for those 3 to be a team. They even made a big deal about those 3 on the events tab lol.

Monster gaming the reason why it gave you the ultimate so fast is because when it drained stamina from ragekin it counted as a torture effect

The ultimate skill did not work because it missed. Sunburn reduces accruacy by 15% increasing your chance to miss the skill.

Major blindness is not 50%
Normal blindness is 50%, and sunburn is 15%, not 25%
