Rey Fenix is an underrated singles wrestler. His AEW title match against Kenny Omega in 2021 is one of the best television matches in AEW and a match of the year contender.
Would be no arguments from me seeing him become AEW Champion, top performer

Hopefully AEW can have a pay per view in Mexico or do a cross brand show with AAA 😎 one day....
It'll happen but likely with CMLL. AAA may have messed up that possibility with all the legal issues they're currently dealing with.
To my understanding there’s that stupid rule that Mexican wrestlers can’t be on the same show as CMLL wrestlers which I think is ridiculous would love to see the likes of the Lucha Bros, Bandido, Rush facing the Luchadores of CMLL.

@@elcactusdelamuerte506 physically and skill wise he's amazing and doesn't really need improvement but he definitely could develop in terms of putting together matches. as a big guy his role in lucha is often to base for the high flyers and of course he is one of the greatest at that, but he's going to be able to work a more aggressive offense oriented style on TV, not just keep Bandido from dying. his success in that is going to show if he can be a top guy or if he's Brian Cage Plus
@@paulgraham3902 that’s my point he’s at that age where he hasn’t really got time on his side to adapt to a new style and become a top star. My guess is if he’s lucky he’ll get the Lance archer spot in a few years

That's what I like about AEW. It's a true, professional sports league in that it allows its athletes to miss an entire season if it needs to for them to recover.
