Why don't they take the paperwork with them so that the person can see that they aren't being kidnapped? In UK they have to have the paperwork with the name and details on it when they approach the "defendant".
And let's say they show a warrent or any kind of paper work, then the fugitive grabs it and manages to rip it up. Then what?

Guys, Patty Mayo is no racist. He just does that around Bounty Hunter D because they're friends and they're comfortable making jokes about each other's race to each other because they know the other one doesn't mean it. It's not my idea of humor, and I wish they wouldn't do it in their videos, but I know that they don't mean a word of it. If either one of them were racist, they wouldn't even be working together! If they were racist, they would be in different gangs and shooting at each other. That is the definition of racist that I'm familiar with.
Professor Pyne what is that dictionary? Coz he is clearly racist, simply because he can say whatever he wants to D derogatorily and get away with it coz D cannot do anything about it. Period!
