Comforting your deer friend [ASMR]

Hi, I'm not dead!
I'm just attempting to overcome a combination of depressed lethargy and the shorter days making my body think it's time to go into hibernation mode.
I hope this video is a bit comforting to anyone who experiences stress on the holidays because you struggle to appear "happy enough."

I’m about 9 minutes in. My advice for the deer is this: if people make you feel judged and make you need to mask, as in close friends, be honest w them, and then if they don’t change or mock you or make light of it, those are not friends worth keeping

It's not mocking that I worry about. It's trying to help when nothing is wrong.
When I'm happy I don't naturally appear happy, that can make it hard for even my friends to read me
