A mistake at 4:45 - Instead of 13,030 square feet, it's 1,300 sq ft.
10K sq ft diffrnce..🤔
Mistakes....all the time.
We not perfect...specially..going to bed
Those HUF HAUS homes are divine , all that beautiful light coming in and you can still have privacy with curtains so incredibly elegant but robust , the Germans nail it with architecture 👌♥️
Thank you to mix both US and European offers!
Great stuff very good stuff. A lot of things make very much sense
Looks like a Clayton home either cozy cabin for best it 👌🏾👍🏾🙌🏾
Beautiful homes!
Over $100,000 for a prefab? Might as well buy a standard house for that.
Unless you’re in CA
@@deadpool981 Why?
Bal Loney it’s expensive out here
Where I live new homes start at a million dollars for a 2,500 square foot house. And I do not live in California.
Not on the W. Coast.
I wish there were more eco friendly choices, like ones not only built that way supply wise but come with solar panels or wind turbines but also rain water collection and grey water reuse. There are SO many incredible inventions along those lines I wish more companies were going that route.
I assume you are familiar with Earthbag construction?
Remember that a lot of the houses with glass like 11:00 & 10:35, have around $100,000 worth of glass.
Wow!!!
I will buy one of those and own the land!!!! 😉
Yes!
The current wait time for Clayton or Athens proof-of-concept modifications to their 1.5 bath Park Model RV is Four years plus $100k upfront to get in line...
Really enjoyed watching, do you cover California area?
Hi Gloria, if you want to learn more about any of these prefabs, links are in description.
If you are going to own one of these go to the factory and watch one being built. If you aren’t a DIY person take a friend who is. Look at things like the fit of doors and trim. Look at quality of materials. If you can u grade to wood instead of paper products like trim. Look at how hinges fit into trim. Ask about material upgrades. Some baseline materials are very flimsy and hard to work with. Note where wood is for later installation of curtains and related. I found that in many cases there wasn’t wood where a conventional framed house would have added a piece here and there to facilitate later additions. Not so I’m the factory. It’s still fast and a good value. Make sure you or a friend are around during set up. Tell the contractor immediately what’s not right. It’s hard to get them back.
its the hay for insulation that doesnt burn.. ohhh snizzy snappp !
at 1:41 there was a sound that sounded like a scream in my headphones lol
I'll tell you some of these are nice and us living in WA state it is so expensive here that what is one to do? Rent the rest of your life or buy one for cash because some are real nice and the modern ones don't even look like a mobile home.
$200/sq ‘ is standard where I live for custom builds. That’s $400,000 for a 2000sq’ house. Looks like pre-fab is 30% less - if you like the finishes. Luxury can approach $350/sq’
Have you looked at the concrete foam. It's fabulous and goes from $12 to $26 sq.ft. I'd stay in that in hurricane season and it's not going anywhere. The mud is blown into forms kinda like a solid form. Don't miss it.
Whoa- i had A feeling. Glad I read your comment- thanks.
Don't be fooled, most of these are rebadged mobile homes, most are built very cheap. Love how they have jumped into the tiny home craze but at a much higher price. Buyer beware!
Thanks for the info. 👍
💖👍nice home
Your audio said the Allwood Vista was 13,030 sq ft. Their website says it is 1376 sq ft. The audio is roughly 12,000 sq feet too much.
I know, thanks for telling me anyway. I made an error in writing script. I wrote 13 thousand sq ft instead of 13 hundred. My voice over guy also didn't pick it up, so it is what it is. Mistakes happen.
8:17 but what about big bad wolves?
Took me a moment. That's good. Thanks for the chuckle!!
I thought about that too. I told myself that's a 3 Little Pigs house. Lol!
and bears!
Muy bien
add a part 5😋
Lots of prefab companies out there but hard to find something that's unique. Part 5 coming but not anytime soon.
Window walls look classy but can you imagine having to clean those top to bottom inside and out on a weekly basis?
I don’t clean this stuff weekly, more like ... when they get dirty.
What about off gassing?
so much for the big bad wolf huffing and puffing and blowing the straw house down. . .
Do tornadoes like them as much as regular trailer homes. Scary how the tornadoes always find those.
Yes, I've often referred to them as Tornado Landing Sites!
I know I was thinking the same thing: tornado magnets. They're all lovely homes with beautiful open floor plans, but where does one go in case of a tornado? I live in the south east and fortunately we have a basement. These homes just would NOT hold up against an F2 or F3 needless to say anything thing above that. I guess the risk is your's alone.
Why you bothered by it. Just live in your expensive house and hope no one breaks in and hold your ass for ransom. Burglars love your type.
I mean.. only a few kinds of homes can even survive a tornado ...
@@LatoriaMartin They are lovely but I wondered because I’ve seen what storms can do. I lost my home in Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. Never want to live through that again.
Where are these lovely neighborhoods
There is a huge difference between a mobile home and a modular home. I would never purchase a mobile home type houe. The build quality of a modular home is vastly superior. Most new home construction in Japan is modular using heavy steel framing.
To each his own, but the mobile homes built in recent can be pretty sturdy. Some are built with quality materials, i.e., Hardie Board siding rather than vinyl, strong interior walls rather than wallboard, etc. They have to meet certain set standards, depending where you live.
THOSE HUFF HOUSES ARE AMAZING FANTASTIC AWESOME BEAUTIFUL GORGEOUS TANTALIZING PLEASE GUY'S MORE INFORMATION ON THIS COMPANY, CAN THEY BE AVAILABLE HERE IN THE UNITED STATES 🇺🇸???
LOVE AND RESPECT EVERYONE ALWAYS ❤

BIG RIVER, CALIFORNIA
Hi links are in description below the video. Huf Haus is German company so I don't think they offer services in the US.
When talking about the All Wood largest house did you really mean to say 13,000+ square feet or 1300 + square feet. I cannot imagine even a very basic build coming in at that price for 13,000 sq ft of home
Their largest model Allwood Eagle Vista is 1376 square feet. Maybe I made mistake when writing script. Links are in description if you want to check out more.
@@cgstech5657 Yes, it appears they are all in the 1300 ish range for size. I guess I am in sticker shock since my husband did most of the construction of our homes over the years and our current foreclosed remodel with 8 acres of land, 4 bed, 2 bath, attached garage started much less than these. Of course, we do live in the sticks with bears for neighbors. 😊 Still, I enjoyed going to the links and looking.
Can deliver to California
Is it supplied n installed in India also
How to get 1B+1K+1H in what cost?
How much years will these homes last ? 40 years min ???
Like to share this information with my sister
tree tents
Are these pre-fab houses available in Pakistan and may I know the address of supplier
Are these hurricane rated lol?
they are not and they don't care... just prepare your bucks
good projects but not cheap)
Very nice but they don't have enough yard so you could plant food if you choose too.
Seriously? You buy the house to put on your land ! If you own a 100 acres you can garden to your limited abilities.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤭 that is so true they should be made with large yards😂😂😂
how mach sr
What a nice house....Ho God provide me one for my children ... Please God
Can you show something less for a low-income family members who in need of places to live with dogs and living with a no money but only to paid rent
Which one 30k pls
i want a square prefab home
4:45 ,13,030 sq ft?
I made a mistake in the script, it's 1,300 sq ft.
who can put it together for me hmmmm?/ if i buy one????
Nice sales pitch
However, the homes appear not to be budget friendly for folks on fixed incomes, single family or senior citizens. Might as well pitch a tent and live before one can afford one of these homes. They changed he for everything.
Pr. In Indian currency pl.
Yet we still have the homeless.🤔🙄😐
I can’t tell if your serious or not😂
Uh.. these ain't free, land, permits, utilities, fabrication....ain't either
Price?..
I've toured Clayton Homes. They are horrible cheaply built over priced garbage. They smell of toxic chemicals. Also Park Model Homes have a major problem in that the loft for the bedroom is too short. Only a child could stand on the loft. An adult has to stoop or crawl. A no sell on both of these companies for me
13300sqft ??.....or 127m2, Math fail
Its 1330 sqft, mistakes happen.
Affordable? Wtf does that MEAN?!?!
It used to mean, those on modest incomes might be able to have one, but now, all it means is, slightly less than full market value for the 'real thing'!
I hate the use of the word 'designed' in these videos, as it just means, 'more expensive than it needs to be', because profit will always be king, irrespective of the fact that less well-off people also need somewhere to live!
Less well off people have to shop within their means.... if at all. Hate to be so blunt but too many people these days try to live outside means just to fulfill a "dream."
