What are you gonna do about the SP and compliance (above $1) that needs to be reached for 10 trading days. After these presentations share tanked so much that it would need to reach 97% upside to be eligible for compliance. So when this is going to be addressed? If they do not reach it by June 7th they need to execute reverse split which will destroy early adopter´s shares value.
they fixed the share price but there's not much point in telling a company to stop deluding That's the whole reason they go public is so they have the luxury of being able to get funds but diluting maybe after they are a big company they will make up for it and start buying back shares
