    OMG. I have to replace the tire while keeping the motor wire attached?!? This makes it so much harder.

    Sure would be nice to include instructions on how to remove the motor wire so I can take the wheel to the shop. Any suggestions ?

      @@BillionaireHustleMindset I just ended up taking it to shop attached to frame.
      Replaced both air tires with solid tires.
      Air was nice, but they don't last.

      The tire is very hard to take off / replace. You wont be able to do it on your own without specialized tools.

    My newer Levy had not one but two three MM hex screws holding in the side fender. It was under a little black cap above the screw shown in the video. The actual nut that holds the motor on is a 18mm.

      Anyone know what angle the valve is at? I replaced the tube when I put the new tube in, it sticks out on my levy plus.

    • @notapplicable2u
      @notapplicable2u Před 3 lety +2

      @@jasonegrossman I don't know the exact angle but I had the same problem with the valve sticking out and hitting the plastic housing on rotation. Had to re-install with a different tire inner. Inconsistency among tire manufacturing part of the cause but also helps to be very careful about inserting/positioning the tire inner ensuring that you get the best possible angle (push down and stay close to the surface prior to inflation). Hope that helps.

      You stripped it bro. Which means there's nothing for the bit to grab on to. So the bit will just spin freely. Get an "EZ-Out" it's a bit designed for removing stripped screws/bolts👍😁

      Because any work NOT done by the manufacturer voids the warranty, & after a repair there's a pretty good chance your scooter will not ride the same. My Hover 1 Journey is an A1 P.O.S. lol

    With that said...Levy scooters are godawful. For the same price; there are so many better options. It's just one of those generic cheap Chinese scooters rebranded. Have seen the same design under 3 or 4 names so far.. Many regrets on buying this thing
