It's from a live album (CD) of John's performance from Tokyo that was released unofficially which came with In-Ear Monitor (IEM) recordings.

The guitar is a Martin OM-JM. It uses Martin Gold Plus electronics. As far as what HIS guitar uses, Idk, but they do sell it in stores

@@Terryrouge427 Hey thanks! Yeah I do wonder...always looking for the best acoustic sound when playing with a PA. Not my equipment so cannot really tweak around while setting up.
