Hey Monika! Men’s channel sub here… I want you to know I went through EXACTLY what you are experiencing when I hit 30 years old. EVERYTHING was the same. Cars, trains, planes, early mornings, my love of coffee… YOU WILL BE OK and you will be like you were when your anxiety was lower… it DOES go back down once you address it with a professional. I promise. Quick hack for you… make sure you are the driver when you guys go out in the car… knowing you can pull the car over WHENEVER you want if you feel a panic attack coming on… makes the anxiety way lower. When panic disorder starts… it’s almost surreal in the beginning. But it 100% fades over the months. I promise the severity and longevity of the attacks will go from multiple times a day… to once a day… to once a week… etc. You will return to a manageable level of mild anxiety a few times a year - the panic attacks will almost disappear with therapy. I WILL go away even if it feels like it’s not possible…. It 100% will. You WILL feel like your “old self”. Anxiety attacks and panic attacks DO NOT CHANGE YOU OR YOUR personality in any way… they just interfere with your routine when they flare up. Keep us updated and talk to a therapist weekly for these first few months. Your videos can wait. We all want you to feel safe and like yourself again.
Z&V's This Is Her was my first foray into scents by that house and it was a gift from an ex many years ago so to see you mentioning This Is Us makes me wanna go try it! My date night/formal occasions scent is YSL Libre EDP which was a birthday gift to myself! I prefer the subtlety of that as compared to the intense version. My signature daily wear would be Diptyque's Orpheon EDP. Scents that I've been trying out are Le Labo's Thé Noir 29, Gaiac 10 and Thé Matcha 26, with Thé Matcha 26 being so so underrated and I'm glad my friend who knows how much I love woody/musky sent a sample over and I am OBSESSED! I adore the sexiness of Thé Noir 29 and I can see it being an alternative go-to for my date night/formal occasion scent if I wanna switch things up a bit from my YSL one. I also recently got the Discovery Set for Penhaligon's Potions & Remedies collection so I'm really excited about that as well! :) Scents that I have an eye out for are Maison Margiela's Matcha Meditation (already a huge fan of Lazy Sunday Morning!) and Le Labo's Benjoin 19 (the only City Exclusive that worked really well on my skin).
Ohh, you are absolutely right with Born in Roma, YSL Libre intense, Poison Girl and Lira… my top 1 compliment getter is Poison Girl (the edp though), i swear i have never gotten sooo many compliments in my whole life… it is INSANE. Everytime i wear it people ALWAYS compliment me, always. And the same with Born in Roma… i always wear it when i go out and oh my gosh, people go CRAZY about it, compliment after compliment after compliment…. i love those sooo much and i will never stop wearing them ❤
Libre Intense NEVER fails to get me compliments! I have been stopped and asked multiple times what it is I am wearing! The original is nice but the intense blows it out of the water! YSL is a designer house that really knocks it out of the park lately! My husband smells AMAZING in the newest scent Myslf! OH my it is just everything! The scent is intoxicating on him but not overpowering at all yet lasts all day. He wore it to a special event so now it has lasting memories as well! x

I love and own Zadig & Voltaire this is us. I use it mostly during the colder part of the year. It is underated. One of my best kept secrets. Soft, creamy airy ball of vanilla, nutty goodness, cashmere.

Honestly, I've only gotten compliments on 3 perfumes since Covid.(Lady at Dr reception)Louis Vuitton Afternoon Swim w/small spray of Vibrato. And my bf isn't a perfume guy. He has only given 2 compliments: Thomas Kosmala No 4("what is that sexy smell?!" It smells like BR540 only with cherry. And also Chanel Gardenia "That's the best perfume I've ever smelled in my life!!" I would love to hear your list of your favorite unisex fragrences for the fall/winter Monica!❤

Hazz by Regalien has quickly replaced Lira in my collection! It's soooo good! It is like a slightly lighter Lira with a bit of orange dreamsicle and much better longevity! And the new bottle is absolutely GORGEOUS!

I LOVE ❤ This is Us from Zadig Voltaire, it is an amazing sandalwood that smells a cinnamon bread on my skin, it is a sweet version of Gris Charnel from BDK ( I laywer them together to make Cris Charnel sweeter sometimes ). Libre Intense and Poison Girl are amazing 🤩 as well.

I recently purchased YSL Libre Intense. The fragrance lasts for about 10 minutes before fading away. Although I know it's authentic, I'm not sure what's wrong.

Here is one extreme perfume addict lady... and what I can say is that if I don't really enjoy and love, and feel as my self with my perfumes....it doesn't matter to me if anyone else likes it.... what I can say is that I mix at least three of my perfumes and create my own smell.... and that's exactly what makes certain types of men go crazy... but I care only about my man....even though both men and women asks me daily, what is that perfume that you are wearing...so ladies, you enjoy it first and intoxicate yourself with it alone in your boudar, and then everyone will feel how good you smell...personality comes first, then bathe in perfumes and go and break every space you enter....🖤🎩🦇💜🖤🌹🌹🌹

Is tendre worth buying? How long does it last?
I prefer eau fraiche. Lasts longer compared to eau tendre. But I stay in a tropical country.
On me it lasts only 30 minutes. And normally I don’t have issues in regards to longevity.
Eau tendre is very over rated, i returned it. Even after spraying 15 sprays on my skin it was undetectable 30 minutes later. Chanel should discontinue this fragrance or lower the price drastically.
