It was a bit of stretch for a few old legs that got the club where it is now. The young lad had no business to be in the squad to begin with. Trialist didn’t even do that bad considering he come off the bench and he was making his debut. Mads got lucky and Donny had a shocker. Give the kid a break
Both times he made mistakes it was the pitch being bad, and mocking him and all the anger on the bench definitely affects a players mindset, especially because for him it was "the chance to shine". It was straight up bullying from the moment he got on till he got subbed, that's not the example you want to set for all the kids that watch you.

There’s being critical and then there’s just being straight up muggy. My son loves watching these boys and it’s not nice to see that man.

I always watch SE Dons on a Monday. Genuinely a fan. But that was shocking. Mad B, awful as usual, regardless of the goal. Lamb Dog awful, not much said. Donnie Jones had by far his worst game and possible could have got a draw if he defended better. But they focus on the new boys for the failure and call out Remz boy.
As you claim to work at this school, ask them for their bullying policy and apply that to your old boys team.
