حضرت محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا:
"جس نے رمضان کے روزے رکھے پھر اس کے بعد شوال کے چھ روزے رکھے تو یہ (پورا سال) مسلسل روزے رکھنے کی طرح ہے۔" (صحیح مسلم)
یہ حدیث بیان کرتی ہے کہ شوال کے روزے رکھنا رمضان کے روزوں کے بعد اہم ہے اور اس کا ثواب بھی بہت زیادہ ہے۔
The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said: "Whoever observes the fasts of Ramadan and then follows them with six days of Shawwal, it will be as if they had fasted for the entire year." (Sahih Muslim)
This Hadith illustrates the importance of fasting during the month of Shawwal following Ramadan and the significant reward associated with it, akin to fasting for the entire year.
