I love the esthetics of this knife...it's the first time I've looked at an OTF and thought, wow I WANT that. Fingers crossed I'll be able to get one when they drop.
Would be perfect with no hole and a full hollow
Got mine ordered and in the mail. Can't wait.
The only OTF I have left is the tan+black Benchmade autocrat. It cuts really well, because they used a really thin blade and the actual edge is a chisel edge. It's like a Lazer.
Dope! Reminds me of the dimensions of the Guardian Tactical Recon-030. BUT! It’s a Wharncliffe in CPM Magnacut!

They could of fit alil more blade if they didn’t make that diagonal cut to the case
I think this is pretty sweet and a good value. I just hate investing in OTFs because I can't carry them every day. I'm in a tristate area and they're illegal in one of them. PA sucks. Lol
OTFs aren’t illegal in PA. I live in PA. Check your local laws but Knife Rights got it overturned last year. Only issue would be if the township ur in has its own law against autos. But state law was rescinded

This one confuses me on the value proposition, considering there are USA made TF knives from very reputable manufacturers at a very similar price! I struggle to understand why I would choose something made in China over something like a Kershaw or guardian tactical
Because you are a fan of the brand or design. The otfs you are referencing are made by the manufacturer. This is an oem project. Also noone here uses titanium on their otf clips or switches and belt satins and 62-64 hrc. All US otf magnacut is 60-61. Atleast that i know of. Its a knife enthusiasts design which is evident. You are paying for that. Not gonna be everybody’s thing for sure.
@@LeftyEDC your reply is fair, but as somebody that wanted to be persuaded to go to the brand, I’m struggling with the concept. I admit the titanium switch and good HRC on the magna cut is nice… And at least the magna cut is made in the USA.
@@BGLKidk. If ur a USA made guy i was never gonna convince you. But its a solid knife. Only US made otf i would take over it is probably the LiveWire from Kershaw because its a stupid price for an amazing OTF
@@LeftyEDC oh, I am far from being a USA only guy, I have a fairly large number of Chinese made knives, and they fit and finish is excellent! My only heartburn on this type of OEM scenario, is the basic price tag, I have a live wire, and I think it is first rate, and I am astonished, but it is coming in at its price point. if Guardian, tactical and Kershaw did not exist, this knife would seem like a bargain, when compared to benchmade, axielll, and microtech. The major temptation of this knife, in my opinion is the blade shape
CPM Magnacut Wharncliffe, hollow grind, fit and finish.
I missed out on this 1st run. The design kinda grew on me but I don’t like the emblem. Looks like a flower stamp.
