@heavens awful angel i guess I mean to be fair me and my friends came up with the idea of piglins completely separate from both captainsparklez' and mojang's influence, so piglins might be just a generic idea like armor stands. The horse never got the carrot the villager was feeding it as the beginning
Instead the villager dropped it on the sandy ground, covering it in dirt
And after the horse never got the carrot, they rode on it for lord who knows how long, and then left it with this old man and his dog.
And what makes it sadder is the horse never was returned to the prince because he died, so the horse is still with the old man and his dog, still not having the carrot.
The prince, his owner, has died and the horse still awaits his return with the elder, awaiting his carrot

"a king of a kingdom is enjoying his average day when he spots a creeper , he hides in between two village houses,
eventually guards manage to capture the mob. The king goes on about his day. a guard at the gate of the kingdom is distracted when a pickaxe hits him in the head killing him , the gate opens , a hooded figure who goes by the name of Herobrine lights a bomb setting mobs including skeletons and creepers free .guards are alerted by this and try to defend their kingdom.Despite all their efforts they fail the king manages to find his wife and son and try to lead them to a exit through a tunnel in the castle but they find a creeper in the middle of it which explodes seperating them.The king was cornered by mobs into a balcony so he made a leap of faith for the water below."

" after the mobs cleared up villagers from a distant village came to look for survivors ,they found the kings wife dead and the son passed out. They take the son to the village's doctor who decided to raise and train him.
One time when they are training they see a hole and decide to venture into to it here they see many things about the mastery of fighting which helps the kings son train. One day when coming back from training they noticed that a neighbouring village was burning they rushed over to figure out nether portals were all over the place and piglins were invading. the kings son tries to take on groups of them while the villager who raised him took on the piglin brute (idk what to call it). the villager fought hard and eventually made a house collapse on the piglin brute and thought he was dead , he then took a map from the piglins brute waist and figured out it led to where Herobrine was hiding sice the attack on the kings kingdom. Then the villager was taken by surprise and the piglin brute got up and threw the villager against a nether portal while he was distracted reading the map and killed him. When the kings son saw this his emotions were mixed, he sprinted over and pinned the piglin brute half way through the portal and then breaking it killing the brute. Then he walked over to where the villager was and sobbed for a while then he picked up the map and once support had arrived he took it back to the village with him now determined to destroy Herobrine, he mounted his horse and crossed biome after biome he found it .He was about to go in when his horse started shrieking and freaking out , he dismounted his horse and walked a bit before a pile of basalt rocks opened its lava filled eyes , it started to attack the kings son when he leaped onto its arm and sprinted up it ,jumping in the air and slashing the side of its eye killing it after he mounted his horse again and rode for a while they found themselves at a gate , he dismounted his horse and went in when a sweep of dust hit him , he got a glimpse of what looked like Herobrine when the floor started crumbling , it broke into several platforms , Herobrine started blasting him with firebolts but he quickly dodged them , jumping from platform to platform eventually he got around to Herobrine when he clashed his sword with the firebolt sending it straight back at Herobrine knocking him onto the final platform. Herobrine was about to get up when he jumped onto the same platform and stabbed him in the back."

This series was such a driver of the popularity of Minecraft back in the day, I'm so glad that Mojang payed tribute to this Minecraft story and introduced piglins, bastions, raids etc.
Was rewatching for nostalgia and idk if I'm just an idiot and everyone already knew this but I realized something
At 2:43 there are 3 thrones, 2 of which are occupied by the pig and wither kings respectively. The 3rd is empty, and the only other person in this storyline who would fit the role of a 3rd Nether king would be Herobrine, but Herobrine died in Take Back the Night, obviously leaving his throne empty. This gives an actual motivation for the pig race invading; they want to get revenge for their fallen leader. In this essay I will

They were probably in a war in the first place and that was why the kings castle got attacked, because they wanted the dragon for the war efforts
bon388 the castle could’ve been attacked as a distraction so that herobrine could enter the end portal unseen and take the dragon.
The beginning makes me sad because it’s the last time the villagers will ever see the hero.

I never noticed how the area from the original song still has the same textures! Whereas the rest of the places have the regular default textures. Attention to detail.

This is definitely my favourite of the "Fallen Kingdom" series, as I believe it does a good job of illustrating the moral character of the 'son' and introducing the 'pigman faction' as a worldwide threat. While also explaining Herobrine's former involvement in the series. It's the only part where I feel like the characters are all just kinda doing what they want, and not being suddenly thrust into deadly situations. Ultimately, I don't think I would've enjoyed 'Dragonhearted' nearly as much if this one wasn't such a banger plot and music-wise, so yeah.
I missed how herobrine is involved with the pigman faction, can you explain?

9 years later, and I'm still coming back.
This song is almost 7 years. I still feel like it was made just yesterday. The nostalgia is just unbelievable.
I just realized the Chorus In fallen kingdom says “if this battle should leave me slain, I know herobrine will call my name” and it is revealed in find the pieces that the king stole an eye of ender, disrupting herobrines plan to enter the end and use the dragon, that subsequently shows him getting really mad and yelling. The attention to detail really blows my mind.

I remember the week this came out and i’m like “YOU HAVE 2 MINUTES TO RUN YOU DUMBASS!”
The entire Fallen Kingdom saga has much better models, animation, and story-line that a group of free-lance animators and creators worked on than an entire company that spit out what we know now as Minecraft: Story Mode
So the quadrilogy of fallen kingdom needs to be a new Minecraft: Story Mode
There should be a Minecraft fan game which basically is all 4 parodies joined together, but as chapters of the game.
it would be awesome to have a game about Fallen Kingdom with some of the story driving elements of story mode. Like, it starts off with the peaceful time of the original fallen kingdom as a tutorial. Then the attack starts, and the events of the song are both the combat tutorial and the first chapter (including things like the king taking the pearl and escaping the kingdom).
Then following that maybe a chapter of the now grieving king seeing the pigmen trying to convert the kingdom into a forward base of sorts, so he steels his resolve and single handedly drives them out.
Following that would be three months earlier or so as the prince is saved and brought to the village, where the third chapter focuses on him growing up (maybe with a new combat style too, given his mentor was a monk) with the confrontation with herobrine being a boss fight.
Chapter four would open with the intro to find the pieces (the musicless part) before likely just going forthright that song unchanged.
And the finale would be the two sides of the story reuniting, with most of the story parts being them catching up before entering the end. Following gaining the dragon's trust, the two have a heart to heart on the flight, where the king says that it would crush him to lose his son a second time, but he accepts that it may happen if they are to save the world. The rest of that chapter is one of those fights where you are incredibly OP and basically unkillable, switching between the two heroes leading up to their respective boss fights.
And after the boss fights, the prince has one final telltale like choice. Pilot the missile into the portal, or pilot it into the ocean. The nether ending is the same as we see in the series, but the ocean ending only kills pigmen in the overworld, leaving a chance for them to return someday.
@Mark The Pirate Fax Yeah, but if the story and gameplay is good and it doesn't cost an absurd amount of money for a 3-hour game, then it's be fine. And if it had better fighting mechanics than Story Mode then it would be even better

Watching the entire Fallen Kingdom series so far after the release of Rising Kingdom. I would love to eventually see a movie based on this series! It's truly a captivating story.

That empty chair on the Emperor's left was supposed to be either
A) A Blaze that was killed in combat by the Wither Skeleton sitting on the right (Hence the crown of blaze rods on his head)
B) The Piglin Brute that the Son severed in half with the Nether Portal.
I'd lean more towards either Herobrine Or Blaze, Personally i'm more towards Herobrine as that gives us a continuity and makes it feel that Herobrine was actually a part of a bigger plot and more important than just getting revenge
Definitely belonged to Herobrine. He clearly had some control over the pigmen as he orchestrated the village attack in Take Back the Night and the throne has cyan wool on it

Or finding the first diamonds and screaming to the top of your lungs. Remember when you would use minecraft wiki for hours each day. Or searching up how to survive your first night and watching a whole series on minecraft survival to learn everything. +ManAtWar i remember on my first time playing on the first night i tried making a house out of raw wood and i kept dying and having to restart the world because i would get killed over and over spawning at night so to survive i just built a 1 by 2 hole and covered the top. =P

Easy to go to beta or alpha. In Minecraft launcher, go to setting and select the version but make sure to check the Use of Alpha and Use of Beta boxes.

1:09 I love how the villagers close to the protagonist (idk his name) are so unique all without saying anything. The chef is a jolly middle aged guy just living his life, and when the protagonist bursts into the house and makes a mess, he laughs it off. The historian is very casual, yet noble not only is his posture and movement, but also his very lax aditude when the protagonist leaves. The visual storytelling in the first 1.5 minutes just from the character’s actions are just stunning.

I also love when the protag tells the butcher about his dream he's very clearly.. upset(?). It's like he was dreading this day but knew it was coming if that makes sense, and all that from a simple change in facial expression
Adding onto this, I wanna say the three of them were the ones that rescued the protagonist as a child
They definitely were the three villagers that saved the Prince from Take Back The Night.
It's also great that they're helping on rebuilding the kingdom

I remember listening to take back the night. When I realized this was a series, I would wait for they next part of this glorious story that was my childhood. By far one of my favorite Minecraft songs.

Now, with their newest venture, they're even doing piglins invading the overworld. When will it end?!?! In all seriousness, the groundwork of this sort of storytelling was there, so for multiple people to come up with these ideas isn't that far of a stretch.

This one has a special kind of nostalgia, because I remember when it came out. It doesn't have the same level of nostalgia as Revenge or Fallen Kingdom, but the whole "I was there" thing makes it its own kind of nostalgia
Yeah, I never got the nostalgia of Don't Mine At Night because even during Minecraft's low point it was my favorite song (yeah kids would make fun of me for it, but that's the price you have to pay for liking Minecraft in 2017) so I always came back to it. The Fallen Kingdom series though, and Take Back the Night in particular, just... *chef's kiss*

If there is one lesson to take from the Minessance, it is that ridiculing someone for what they like and how they like it isn't right, i'd say those who stopped loving it only did so to not end up in the same place your Fortnite Kids are in now, and furthermore, i'd bet they still harbored a love for it deep down, without people who felt nostalgia towards Minecraft flocking to old and new content about it, we wouldn't have been here. If their servers keep up, Fortnite will eventually end up the same.

Jeremiah Ahn First, in Fallen Kingdom, Herobrine leads an attack on the King's city and as he tries to escape with his wife and son as the castle is overrun, his wife and son are killed by a creeper blast and the king is forced to jump in the river to save himself.
Second, in Take Back the Night, villagers scouting the ruined city find that the son is actually alive and he is taken back to the village. A villager there recognizes him as the one destined to defeat Herobrine and trains him over a period of several years. The village is attacked by nether forces and when his teacher and adoptive father is killed, he exacts revenge by killing Herobrine.
Third, in Find the Pieces, the village is being rebuilt and the King's son has a dream/vision about the night the city was attacked. He begins a journey to find his past and is confronted with another assault from the nether. Afterwards, he continues his journey to the city where we see him docking his boat and seeing the king. Then we see the pigman that the King's son killed in Take Back the Night being revived.
