What We Do in the Shadows follows four vampires who’ve “lived” together for hundreds of years. In Season 3, the vampires are elevated to a new level of power and will encounter the vampire from which all vampires have descended, a tempting Siren, gargoyles, werewolf kickball, Atlantic City casinos, wellness cults, ex-girlfriends, gyms and supernatural curiosities galore.

The 4th season absolutely fcking sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are literally trying to see how high and how far they can jump the shark.
The current season is written by people who clearly hate the show and want to see it canceled.
I used to enjoy a funny little show about a group of vampires trying to live quiet lives in a Staten Island suburb.
The simple concept was pure genius. But now they want every episode to a be a huge big budget remake of Interview with the Vampire, with the occasional lame joke thrown in.
I HATE THAT FVCKING NIGHT CLUB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's nothing but a stupid excuse to put your friends in Vampire makeup.
You people act like, "whatever we do our fans will love us for it. We are infallible!"
Why is Guillermo gay? Did we really need that for his character? Wasn't it enough that he wanted to be a vampire and his master was likely to never make him one? Then you made him a vampire killer which was already a bit of a stretch but now he needs a whole 'nother layer of complexity because our writers are so soft and weak and their brains are so damaged that they are not able to think of interesting story lines unless they place our characters in the midst of chaos and crazy surroundings for them to bounce off of. A night club and Guillermo being gay is just lazy writing. I understand that the actor probably enjoys this new aspect to his character but it is unnecessary considering everything this character already has going on.
It really feels like you are just tired of doing the show and you want desperately to do something else.
Fine. Go do something else then and stop trying to jump that F'ing shark every week.

0:24 - 1:00 -- Kayvan's impressions will always astound me. I genuinely didn't realise it was him till I looked at the comments. And not only does he get their accents spot-on, he also gets their gait and posture so accurate, that the first time I watched I thought the other actors were wearing elaborate costumes. It's remarkable.

Gomez and Morticia would probably be appalled. They're very stable and family oriented.
Kinkier? Gomez and Morticia are heavily implied to be very kinky. Like when Morticia is tied to the torture rack and clearly into it, or when Gomez unties her saying "leather straps... red-hot pokers...." to which she responds "later, my dearest," or when she's in labor and Gomez asks "are you in unbearable pain? Is it inhuman? My darling, is it torture?" and Morticia just responds "oui" with a smile. Yeah, they're definitely into BDSM
@@KreeZafi that's why they said kinky-er, not just "kinky" because obviously mortician and gomez are into BDSM, but there's something elevated about Nadja and Lazslo because of the killing/blood/vampirism of it all.
@@Kristiekins2 Tbh Nadja and Laszlo never came across as particularly kinky to me (and I just re-watched the show so it's pretty fresh in my memory). The killing and vampirism stuff is separate from the bedroom stuff, being a vampire doesn't make you kinky. Not saying they're super vanilla of course, they do orgies and talk about doing "acrobatic" stuff with baron Afanas, but still I haven't seen anything indicating they are super kinky. Certainly less so than Morticia and Gomez, based on what is canonically revealed.
