A very 'corporate-style' summary. Strict definitions, no place for adaption; all or nothing, no mention of maturity based introduction/deployment, step-by-step transformation as the team gains more experience (e.g. transition scrum->kanban); one suit fits all, instead of self-governance. This kind of introduction/training might be efficient for certification, maybe. I doubt it's effective in introducing/starting the cultural transformation of a team or organisation, and supporting them on their unique journey.

Right, was just thinking the same. The reason why there's no clear cut book for Scrum is because team composition and work to be achieved variates from one to another. Scrum was designed such that, two teams could do the same job using different processes but all working along the same methodology. At the end of the day, people of tools. Coach the team to do what works best for them all while permitting them to be the most optimal.
