i remember playing this in 2018 and someone told me that if you collected all the discs and put them in the chest you could get a legendary sword thats op.. i just tested this out for the nostalgia, and because i never found all the discs. all my childhood dreams are crushed 😿

Also, there are two buttons on walls, one near the shooting range and one above the pond. If they are shot a creeper face is imprinted on the wall. If both are shot at close timings and both creeper faces are showing, in the middle of the walls a block will open and you will see a stone sword in a frame. I found this myself which I'm proud of.

I found it myself too a few years back and i managed to get in there with the elytra because there is a 2 block space but then it closed and i had to get an other controller to get me out.
I think it has something to do with the dispenser that's above the dragon head room

For all of you who want to know, the sequence is: Iron Iron, Gold, Emerald, Then Diamond. I figured it out by assuming it's the blocks from the archery section.
It's actually just the code from the bookcase, with iron, gold, emerald, diamond. But hey, ways to get it are ways to get it
Toycat there are 2 buttons that are on the wall that has the winners balcony and if you shoot them both creaper faces show up and at the bottom of the pillar a item frame with a sword shows up. Please read Toycat

Wait was added to the game’s files in Java 1.0.0 with the name “where are we now” along with most of the other music discs, but it couldn’t actually be added as a music disc due to issues with the spaces in its name. It was then finally added in 1.4.4 under the name “wait”, but for some reason Legacy Console used the name “where are we now” for a while.

I found 2nd way to get into the old lobby, first i need to jump from the gliding place, with the gliders, then fly to the opposite side, where u can see 1 block open sewer hole looking hole. Fly in, and it done. Found it myself. So proud.

You can get the glider by winning a match, instead of jumping of the balcony, turn around and climb the ladder. The glider is in the chest and you can jump off the balcony.
If you rotate the diamond sword in to the other way, then it opens two iron doors, and there are some snowballs inside!!!

You don't need to change the swords for the iron doors to open, the configuration that opens the chest opens the doors simultaneously. I just tested it

Its cool that this was so old that the Wait Music Disc was still called "Where Are We Now"...
Being the type that likes seeing the inner workings of stuff, I would LOVE to see the redstone behind the lobby's secrets.
Also, I wonder if you can take the armor with you into battle. While that would give the winner of the last round an unfair advantage(because diamond), something like the leather or chain armor would be a great "starter pack".
Ive seen it, i glitched into the wall a few yrs ago....u wouldnt believe how complicated the redstone was lol

The combination for the gold block, iron block, emerald block, and diamond block goes in this order. Iron then gold then emerald and lastly diamond. Once you enter this combination the floor will open and you will be able to get the zombie head!

there is another secret! press the pressure plates on the dark oak piano, there is a stone button in the same building on the side of the stairs to go to the top floor, a lever under the tall wooden shelves in the storage room and a button on the wall under the entrance to the same building in the gap with the spider webs

The bookshelves in the library can open up to reveal something, but i'm not sure what. I figured out how to open up the diamond, gold, and iron sections, but I can't figure out the last one. Any ideas to help me out?
Mordicool334 They just reveal the order you push the buttons on the diamond, iron, gold and emerald blocks in the other room to get the head... but you don't need the order since you can just push the buttons randomly and get the heads that way.
Where is the iron Switch. I found the gold, diamond and emerald switches. The emerald one is at the Elytra entrance to the bottom lobby. It's a button on the right side

If you flick the secret lever to the nether really fast for a long time, the blocks and pistons dissapear. Using elytra in the hole that it creates you can get out of the map
They have to bring these mini games to bedrock edition. They are so fun and popular.
I don’t think they will because the featured servers have minigames, making an official feature for that unnecessary.

There is a hidden lever on the wall in the spiral staircase opposite of the water one... If you flick it opens a door to the nether section of the old lobby. You need to open the nether door in the old lobby before you can get to the old lobby this way, but it is still an easy way to get in and out once you already got in. I found this myself which I'm proud of

Toycat, there are 2 wooden buttons on either side of the diamond armor room on the outside wall, and by shooting them you can expose 2 giant creeper faces. There are also some iron doors down the left side alleyway of the sword combination room, which contain snowballs. What do you do with them?

You missed 1 music disc.. If you place 6 discs into the "disc" chest that automatically takes out the discs with a hopper, a disc will be dispensed from a dispenser about 12 blocks up followed by fireworks. Sooo. 13 discs total, they CAN count
BreadyForAction and the 13th one is obviously 13.
He did get that one. lol. And you don't have to put music discs in it. You can put anything in it. :-P I always use the fishing rods that way I don't have to waist the discs or bows. And there are only twelve discs in the game at the moment. 11, 13, blocks, cat, chirp, far, mall, mellohi, stal, strad, ward, and wait.

I wanted to get every achievement on this version and decided I also wanted to see the secrets in the lobby. And then I found a glitch with the nether secret where I used my elytra to fall through the blocks of the retracted wall. Then I fell through the map and was able to make my way to the mob head puzzle’s redstone. I put all of my armor in the hoppers and it opened the dragon head doors

I just got shot by a nostalgia gun
I figured out why the skull didn’t drop. The arrow will actually hold down the button until it despawns. The Target block in Java and Bedrock as of 1.16 fixes that issue by only giving off a short pulse instead of a pulse that is there as long as the arrow is.
Ahhhh, pure nostalgia :)
I learnt that with the Elytra, if you click the jump button fast enough at the Ender Dragon Head door, can bounce you through the 1-block space at the top of the left iron door so you can get the Dragon Head early. 👍

6:07 you know that if you get out of the room and go to a small place between the big building and that building you will find 2 iron doors that will open because of that puzzle and it has snowballs so you can mess around with other players 😜
There is another music disc where you shoot two arrows on each side of the winner's balcony and it exposes two creeper heads and a chest on the bottom of the pillar of the winner's balcony.

If you use the elytra glitch (the one that allows you to fit in 1 block gaps) on the blocks above the iron door toycat exited out of, (after he grabed the dragon head) you can actually get to the dragon head without having to find the other mob heads. Granted, you will be stuck in there, Its still nice to get it without all the trouble. I discovered this on accident while playing minigames with my cousins.
To find the combination of the buttons there is a lever under the stairs in the corner in the room that leads to the white pumpkin room. This reveals a diamond block in the main room of the that building. Then upstairs there is a button on the left side of the cobblestone stairs that reveals a gold block. Then just outside, in front of the slime blocks where you can see the underground, there is a hidden button that reveals an emerald block. These appear in an order that then show the combination. Like this so that it can be seen!!

me and my brother found another secret that you missed alot of times. so you need to go to the room where it leads to the basement and then go to the other side of the room at the right corner of the room (imagine a top view) then there will be a table and you will see a hole under the table. we switched the lever and then we went back to the main room of the building where there are the 2 staircases and a book of wall. a set of books retracted back and revealed a diamond block then we went upstairs from the main room (we took the left one) and we saw a button on the left side of the middle staircase on the second floor, we pressed it and went back down stairs and another set of books retracted which revealed a gold block. the gold block on the left and diamond block on the right. thx for reeading this and glad i could give you some information

instinctboy 11 to the left of the gates there is an iron door and there is a one block gap above it and if you have the elytra then you can get through it.

now im using this almost seven years later in the legacy minigames java server's lobby, going through a huge nostalgia trip lol
push both pressure plates on the piano and in the area with the shelves there is a desk with a lever under it they open up to slits in the bookcase that have a diomond/ iron block under it. there is one more that I believe is emerald but I can't find it. reply if you find it. plz.
