West has the better teams, but they had it harder then the celtics.
So celtics have more energy and less injuries when the finals start.
That alone can make them have a advance over the team coming out the west.
Plus the celtics as a team already playing a long time together, so the chemistry between them is there.

Round 1: Heat had no Butler & Rozier & finally no Jaquez
Round 2: Cavs had no J.Allen & finally no D.Mitchell
Round 3: Pacers lost Haliburton for the most important game
The Sixers, Bucks & Knicks were also decimated by injuries so there was literally no competition. Celtics probably would have made it through regardless, but this has been a cakewalk. Can't wait to see if that lack of competition ends up being advantageous or not in the Finals

For many players yes, but Porzi has never been effective at less than 100%. He's not as athletic and not as quick as most players, and if he's not 100%, he's easily outplayed by getting up his grill.
