Hey Michelle - While everyone is completely entitled to be and dress exactly how they want to, I do agree that 'dressing up for yourself' is a really good way to boost one's mood. Funnily enough, it is more about what is happening on the inside/mentally when we do this. Also, you can do this and be really comfortable. During these times especially we can be prone to stay in one's pyjamas all day, sticking to the act of 'getting changed' at the very least each morning (even if it is casual) will always make you switch gear mentally. I hope you and your loved ones are well and hope everyone watching is safe and healthy x:-) Lovely vlog/video
