I’m a very young 55, incredibly motivated, with lots of life & tenacity! But 2023 wore me down & almost broke me. God ended my 30/yr career & has allowed my 26 year old son to hit what I hope is rock bottom. I’m now in a new chapter of life where I really don’t know what I’m supposed to be doing. A mama is only as happy as her saddest child. I can lead my son to water, but I can’t make him drink. He’s in such a dark place. All I can do is continue turning him over to GOD! It’s just so hard, I feel so helpless. He just keeps spiraling downward. I’m just at a loss for what to do with my life & how to help or just be there for my son, Adam😢! Help!!!

My son was addicted to meth and heroin and was trying to break his addiction on his own.... he ordered Xanax online, which was laced with fentanyl. He died of fentanyl poisoning in December 2016. My heart hurts for the pain he endured, the demonic grip Satan had on him. He knew Jesus as his Savior, and I will see him again in heaven, but mothers are not supposed to bury their children. I wish he could have heard your powerful testimony.

God rescued me out of despair as well. Through hopelessness, He showed me He had been with me throughout my whole life, from babyhood to 55 years. I only have to TRUST Him fully. Just as I realized this, I saw Jesus, who turned around and said, "Follow me." I realized that He did die for my sins. I asked him into my heart, and the feeling of cleanliness was instant.
