The fastest and easiest way would be to go to your local tackle shop, that's where I got mine copes tackle and rod. If you have a Net you can sometimes get them at the aqueduct along with grass shrimp some of the best bait I've used. Even the smallest ones work you'll be surprised. One day I used a really really small one and still caught a striper, Good luck 🎣. Maybe I'll do a video with grass shrimp here soon and how to catch them.
I was like that when I first started fishing two years ago I would always get skunked out at the aqueduct so I never came back lol you just have to stay consistent ,and you'll figure it out quick.

Man i suck as the ducts lol i live in firebaugh so im close by. Just end up catching largies or nothing
